Desde la terraza cubierta, podrá observar tortugas apareándose en el océano o a los monos visitantes. Al acercarse el atardecer, admire a los pelícanos volando en formación sobre su cabeza. Por la noche, contemple las estrellas como nunca antes lo había imaginado.
A solo cinco minutos a pie se encuentra una gran playa apartada y tranquila, protegida por una cala. La playa Gigante está a solo 20 minutos de una caminata fácil o un corto viaje en coche, donde encontrará numerosos restaurantes.
Habitaciones y baños
- Tres de las cinco habitaciones cuentan con baño privado (todas en el nivel superior con duchas, no bañeras).
- Las dos habitaciones en el piso principal comparten un baño que sí incluye bañera.
- La habitación principal en el segundo piso tiene una cama tamaño King.
- Las otras cuatro habitaciones tienen camas tamaño Queen.
Amenidades y actividades
La propiedad ha sido sede de numerosos retiros de yoga en una amplia terraza con vista al océano. Además, cuenta con un espacio privado para meditación, donde podrá relajarse escuchando el sonido de las olas rompiendo debajo.

Very nice House. The view is spectacular, it’s a little rustic for my liking, I feel like I’m staying At a cottage, but everybody’s different, you might like that. Furniture is a little dated, for a that’s relatively new The bathrooms are very old looking, a couple of sinks don’t drain properly , the fridge leaks on the floor, I told the owner, but nothing was done about it! A couple of the beaches the owner told us to go to, you needed to make advanced reservations the day prior , you cannot use the amenities only the restaurant, in general things in Nicaragua are very difficult, everything seems to be a hassle.

We weren't sure exactly where to stay when coming to Nicaragua for the first time, but couldn't have picked a better place. This house is spacious, with more bedrooms than we could fill, and comfortable. The yard is well tended to and has a striking view. The House Manager is so kind and responsive, everything we needed was right there. Any issues are easily overlooked as this house had every element necessary for a comfortable stay. We made this house our home for two weeks and my family didn't want to leave.

What an absolute gem! The place is gorgeous, there’s not a bad thing to say. The views are spectacular, it’s extremely peaceful. Felix, the house manager was extremely kind and helpful.

The Villa is fantastic and highly spacious. Could easily fit 3-4 couples or 2-3 families with kids. Views are surreal and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Host is highly responsive. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we're in the area.

Excellent stay in a fabulous place for those who love nature and tranquility! A vehicle is necessary for travel and to get supplies, because the place is far from everything. The ocean view is beautiful and the quiet beach is superb! The villa is large and very beautiful! Monkeys, birds, turtles, butterflies, geckos and so on are all around, just open your eyes and admire.

I recently hosted a Yoga retreat for seven people at Bella's home and it was absolutely perfect. The home is stunning—spacious enough for us to gather as a group, yet full of cozy corners to slip away and enjoy quiet time alone. We practiced yoga on the deck, surrounded by ocean views and the sound of the waves—a truly soothing experience. There is also a magical meditation platform tucked above the water and hidden among the jungle trees. We used it for meditation, massage, and reiki sessions, and it was unforgettable. The home has a massage table! Amazing. The beach is just a short walk away and is quiet and private. Conchita cooked for us all week, and her meals were incredible—she is such a gift, so kind, and so talented. Bella, our host, was always available with anything we needed, and Felix and Dixia kept the house spotless and were so helpful during our stay. I truly cannot recommend this home enough. This place is magical, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Everything was great. Soaked in the hot bath tub for the majority of my time there, hard to find around here.
