The Space

This spacious, fully equipped three-story villa and casita comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Located in a quiet area, the property offers privacy and modern conveniences including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an outdoor pool, a grill area, and outdoor lounging and dining spaces. Inside, there are two indoor lounging areas, a wrap-around porch, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and all the necessary cookware and dishes to prepare meals.

The villa features three large private bedrooms, each with a full en suite bathroom, ceiling fan, and individually controlled air conditioning units. On the third floor, there is a dorm-style room with bunk beds—two double beds on the bottom and two single beds on top—also with an en suite bathroom and personal air conditioning control. All beds are real beds, ensuring comfort for every guest.

The separate casita is a standalone studio that includes a TV, free internet, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, sink, and a full private bathroom. It offers a queen-size bed, a double bed, and an outdoor sitting area. Like the villa, all sleeping arrangements feature real beds.

Early check-in and check-out are available depending on availability. The hosts or management company are on hand to assist as needed. For added security and support, the hosts reside in their own private casita at the front of the property and do not share the common areas.

Location

The property is situated in beautiful Tamarindo, just a seven-minute walk from Tamarindo Beach, as well as nearby restaurants, shops, banks, tour boat departures, grocery stores, bars, pharmacies, surf shops, bookstores, clothing stores, and souvenir shops.

Parking is available on the street in front of the villa or elsewhere in town. Public transportation options include buses, taxis, and shuttle services.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the villa, casita, and pool. The property is within walking distance of the beach and all local amenities.

Additional Information

• Cleaning service is provided before each stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
• Pool and outdoor grounds are maintained by a management company worker on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday afternoons.
• Early check-in and check-out may be accommodated based on availability.
• The hosts and management company can assist with booking activities such as catamaran tours, chocolate making, on-site massages, deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, ATV rentals, horseback riding, zip lining, and private chef services at the villa. Some activities may require advance reservations. There are no extra fees for these coordination services.
