Nuestro amplio condominio de 1600 pies cuadrados y 3 habitaciones es ideal para familias. Está ubicado en la codiciada comunidad cerrada Sunrise Condos, en el centro de Tamarindo. El condominio es céntrico y se puede llegar caminando a todos lados.
Amenidades del Complejo
Sunrise cuenta con una hermosa piscina con una gran cascada, perfecta para niños, y el complejo está justo frente a la playa. Además, es un lugar muy tranquilo donde no se escucha el ruido de la calle como en otros edificios.

- 3 habitaciones: cama king en el dormitorio principal, cama queen en el dormitorio intermedio y 3 camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio para niños (las fotos actuales muestran solo 2 camas individuales).
- 4 televisores con Roku y acceso a Netflix, Amazon Prime, entre otros, uno en cada habitación y uno en la sala.
- Cocina completa, comedor y sala.
- 2 baños completos.
- 2 balcones.
- Cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora.

Ubicación y Otros Detalles
Sunrise 31 está ubicado justo frente al mar, con vista al océano desde el dormitorio principal. Todo está a poca distancia caminando desde Sunrise Condos. Contamos con un espacio de estacionamiento #31 si decide rentar un auto.
Vida Silvestre
Una familia de aproximadamente 20 monos vive en la propiedad, en el patio trasero y en los árboles cercanos; los vemos todos los días.

We had a great time. The condo is across the street from the beach and walking distance to everything. The condo is spacious and as described. The complex is close to everything yet quiet and has 24 hour security and a resort like pool. We saw monkeys every day in the trees. Kat was responsive and made recommendations for transportation. We had no issues and would stay there again.

We had a last minute adjustment to our plans and booked Kat's condo. It was a wonderful spot for our family of 6 with everything within 1-10 minutes walking distance, the beach was 2 minute walk away and perfect.

Kat was friendly and easy to deal with. The condo was spacious and in a great location close the beach, shopping and restaurants. The linens were all clean and fresh and there were plenty of them. There were five of us and we needed to do the cups and dishes after every meal as there were limited quantities. Overall, next time we are in Tamarindo, we will definitely stay at Kats place.

We have stayed in Sunrise in 3 different condos. This unit was similar to the other units. The unit had not been updated, but it was clean and well kept. Sunrise has a great pool and is close to the best surfing spot in Tamarindo. You can walk everywhere. My only suggestion for the owner is that there needs to be more dishes and cups in the unit. With a group of 6, we constantly had to wash dishes. I would recommend having enough dishes for at least 3 meals a day before you have to wash.

Great location, right across from the beach. Pool was nice - during low season we were often the only ones there. Large space, comfortable beds and AC worked great! It was super awesome to see (and hear) the howler monkeys in the trees right across from the unit.

Great place in downtown Tamarindo. Very homely with lots of space and great art! Loved it ❤️
