The Space

Relax in this spacious and tranquil home while taking in views of the Pacific Ocean. The property includes a private pool, terrace, and a viewpoint shaded by a large umbrella.

The house is built in a cascading design, occupying the entire ground floor except for the parking area. The kitchen opens to the dining room, which overlooks both the living room and the ocean. Adjacent to the dining room is a hallway leading to bedrooms 2 and 3, as well as the central air control.

Descending two steps leads to a large living room adorned with beautiful artwork and ocean vistas. On one side of this room is a family den featuring a full bathroom and access to the outdoors. Beyond this is the terrace, furnished with a dining area and lounge seating, followed by the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The open terrace extends to a garden and a scenic viewpoint.

Guest Access

The community entrance includes a garage. The house offers two indoor parking spaces and two linear parking spots. Directly across the street is the complex’s social area, which features a restaurant, spa with Turkish bath and sauna, social pool, and gym.

Important Notes

1. For stays longer than one month or discounted bookings:

   • Electricity is not included and will incur an additional daily charge of $30 to $50, payable in full upon arrival.
   • Supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, salt, and pepper are provided only for the first few days until they run out.
   • Toilet paper, linen changes, and towels must be arranged separately if needed.

2. The common area descent to the sea is located to the left side of the house.
