The Space

Step into Villa Serena and prepare to be captivated by its beauty. This top-tier condominium, recently upgraded by a new owner with thoughtful extras, stands out among others. Located about 2.5 miles north of town in the Palmas Reales Building, Villa Serena is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath unit situated on the first floor of one of Cozumel's most prestigious buildings. It offers sweeping views of the brilliant blue Caribbean waters.

Inside, you will find one of the largest three-bedroom condos on the island. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all showcase magnificent ocean views. Sliding glass doors open to an oceanfront balcony, an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink while watching the sunset over the Caribbean. From here, you have a prime vantage point to observe cruise ships passing by or the distant lights of Playa del Carmen on the horizon.

Please note that the balcony table is currently damaged and will be replaced.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and includes:

Snorkeling right outside your door allows you to explore vibrant marine life. A ladder provides easy entry into the water, and a gentle current can carry you along the coast to the public dock. From there, a new pedestrian walkway leads back to Palmas Reales and continues all the way into town, perfect for jogging, biking, or strolling to restaurants and shops. Taxis are also readily available along the oceanfront road.

Important Notes

• The balcony table is damaged and scheduled for replacement.
• The electric tankless hot water system provides unlimited hot water but requires about 5 minutes for heating and water flow.
• Two king beds and one bedroom set have recently been upgraded. The couch, desk, balcony loungers, and some minor artwork are currently being replaced; updated photos will be provided soon.

Check-Out Instructions

Guests are not expected to clean before departure. Please take out the trash, turn off the air conditioners, lock the door, and place the key in the lockbox. We appreciate your stay and wish you a safe and enjoyable trip.

Local Area and Surroundings

The island is home to diverse wildlife, including hummingbirds, geckos, butterflies, bats, spiders, and others. Occasionally, some may appear on the balcony or inside the unit. Regular treatments are conducted to minimize their presence. Noticing wildlife outside is normal and part of the natural environment.
