We had a great time at this property! Nick's messages were, proactive, friendly and helpful. Corby, the property manager, had also been a pleasure to communicate with. We had everything we might need in the house and around.

Si te gusta la naturaleza, flora y fauna. Rodearte de monos y aves tropicales este es tu lugar. Muy cercano a una maravillosa playa como lo es Ocotal. Especial para compartir en familia.

La estadía fue muy agradable. El lugar estaba limpio, cómodo y tal como se mostraba en Airbnb. Además, es un alojamiento muy completo, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Nick y Corby fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Corby nos ayudó con todas nuestras consultas. En general, fue una experiencia tranquila y totalmente recomendable.

We loved this place, especially the walking distance to the beach. When you have little kids, it’s so nice not having to put them in the car to drive somewhere else or worry about parking. The pool is a great spot to spend the afternoon with the family, or simply relax and enjoy some snacks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we hope to come back again.

increíble lugar para estar tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa y restaurantes, además de que el lugar tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo y la psicina es muy cómoda, la casa tiene todo lo que uno necesita y está preciosa

Pasamos unos días muy lindos, tanto que decidimos quedarnos 2 noches más en el hospedaje de Nick, la villa súper equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina, paños y más(definitivamente no necesitas llevar nada adicional), ubicado cerca de la playa limpia, seguridad muy buena. Corby nos espero en el centro del Coco para guiarnos y no tener problemas al llegar.

Great location! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a pool within the gated community but the water slides and infinity are a separate deal. The villa itself was perfect, 3 queen bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
