Awesome little place. We loved our stay there. It’s in a nice spot that’s quiet but you can still get around easy. Quick walk to the river or beach. The place is really private. The plunge pool is in a good spot where it gets sunlight. You will want some type of transportation (quad etc.) if you want to get to more places. We did walk from the place all the way to guiones and it’s not a bad walk if you go down the beach. We would def stay there again.

This was our second time at Saltamontes, this time staying in the Blanca Villa. Once again, we were not disappointed. Tucked away in a far corner of Playa Pelada, this place is a gem. Except for some other guests in the villa next door who were disrespectful when it came to quietness, this place was wonderful. It is a great size for a couple on a romantic trip. The plunge pool is wonderful and the wildlife around the villa abundant. I have to say again that a major bonus staying here is the Monkey Trail which is just right up the street and takes you directly to Palua Pelada through a jungle walk. Amazing! Both the host and the concierge service that comes with the villa are very pleasant and responsive. Again, highly recommended!!!

Super séjour avec un set up paradisiaque mais avec manque un peu d’attention sur la qualité intérieure. Soit la qualité des armoires de cuisine qui ne ferme pas, la toilette qui bouche régulièrement malgré qu’on a suivi les instructions de ne pas jeter le papier dans les toilettes.

This place functions well with its layout and set up. We had everything we needed and the plunge pool, outdoor shower, and privacy were especially nice! The team of people available to help was great. The downside was having to review several links and a Google drive with several docs to different pieces of information about how the house and security work. Wayyyy more time online than I want to have to exert for vacation.
