Ubicada en un vecindario exclusivo con seguridad las 24 horas, esta villa de lujo de cuatro habitaciones ofrece vistas panorámicas de las olas del Pacífico y espectaculares vistas de la costa.
La villa se encuentra a solo cinco minutos en automóvil de la animada zona turística de Dominical, donde encontrará restaurantes, supermercados y artículos de uso diario. También ofrece fácil acceso a hermosas playas, cascadas y aventuras en la selva, mientras mantiene un ambiente tranquilo y privado.
El espacio
Rodeada de selva, Casa Solaz combina la tranquilidad tropical con amplias vistas al océano. La villa está a solo unos minutos de una serie de hermosas playas, magníficas cascadas y aventuras al aire libre.
Durante su estadía, podrá:
- Despertarse con los sonidos de tucanes y monos.
- Comenzar el día en la terraza de yoga.
- Leer junto a la piscina en la pagoda cubierta.
- Observar el atardecer sobre el océano desde la piscina infinita.
Aviso de construcción
Recientemente comenzaron las obras en el lote vecino y se espera que concluyan en julio de 2027. Los trabajos se limitan al horario diurno y avanzan de manera constante. Para ofrecer total transparencia y establecer expectativas adecuadas, hay tarifas con descuento disponibles durante este período.
Requisitos de transporte
Se requiere un vehículo con tracción en las cuatro ruedas para llegar a la propiedad.
Llegada desde el aeropuerto SJO
Opciones de transporte terrestre
- Traslado privado desde el aeropuerto: Viaje directamente desde el aeropuerto SJO hasta la villa. Los precios suelen oscilar entre $350 y $450 por trayecto, según la temporada y el tamaño del grupo. El viaje dura aproximadamente 3.5 horas.
- Alquiler de automóvil: Podemos coordinar un vehículo utilitario deportivo premium con tracción en las cuatro ruedas para que viaje desde el aeropuerto SJO hasta la villa a su propio ritmo.
- Traslado privado y alquiler de automóvil: Llegue a la villa en un traslado privado desde el aeropuerto SJO, donde uno o dos automóviles de alquiler estarán esperándolo. Esta opción elimina la necesidad de visitar una agencia de alquiler.
Opciones de transporte aéreo
- Vuelo panorámico y traslado privado: Tome un pintoresco vuelo de 45 minutos desde el aeropuerto SJO hasta Quepos con Sansa Airlines o Green Airways. Las salidas diarias suelen estar programadas entre las 7:50 a. m. y las 4:00 p. m. Desde Quepos, continúe con un traslado privado o con un vehículo de alquiler automático con tracción en las cuatro ruedas, previamente coordinado, para el trayecto de 45 minutos hasta la villa.
- Aeronave privada: Para una opción más exclusiva, reserve una aeronave privada para hasta 10 pasajeros desde el aeropuerto SJO hasta Quepos. Un servicio de transporte lo recibirá a su llegada y lo llevará en un recorrido panorámico directamente hasta la villa, permitiendo que su grupo viaje cómodamente y unido desde su hogar hasta la propiedad.

Beautiful home that is meticulous maintained. Love the location as it had great access to local restaurants less than 10 minutes away and beautiful beaches within 30 minutes.

The house is amazing—deep in the jungle, with spectacular ocean views. The pool is also very nice, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive, and almost everything was perfect. The only downside worth mentioning is that there were gaps in several windows, particularly in the bathrooms, as well as the main door. We only noticed this after seeing bugs getting into the house, and we had to tuck towels into the gaps to help address the problem. We were also very careful not to leave any doors open at any time. That said, this felt like a flaw that could and should have been prevented, and it did make some of us uncomfortable during the stay. I want to reiterate that everything else about the house was excellent.

This house is beautifully located in Dominicalito. It has an excellent view of the ocean and canopy. We saw monkeys, toucans, iguanas from the back yard. The pool was a big hit for everyone and so refreshing after a day of exploring. We felt very safe in this gated community. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was also a wonderful amenity. The owners were quick to respond to our messages. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect, the view is incredible and we loved having most of the living space on one floor. Every morning the toucans were out eating in the trees and we could hear monkeys in the distance. The neighbourhood is gated and the gate attendants are lovely and there 24/7. The beach and restaurants are a close drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot that we would stay at again without hesitation! This didn’t bother us, but be aware that 3 of the 4 bathrooms have windows that aren’t completely sealed so bugs will get in.

This was a last minute travel decision with 4 couples of friends. What a fun and fantastic trip we had!! We wanted to stay in the midst of mountain with good ocean view! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as we expected! We had visits from various exotic birds every morning. We saw monkeys and other animals on our back yard throughout our stay! We loved the yoga shed! We spent many hours in the infinity pool and caught the incredible sunsets on the ocean!! The personal chef was unbelievable and the food was just so good! Shannon and the concierge team was wonderful. They were prompt and responsive! There were a couple of things that could improve the guest experience better, such as fixing the freezer section of the refrigerator, Grills, and several rolling sun shades were not working. We submitted the feedback so, hopefully they are all addressed now! It was just a wonderful and memorable trip for our friends!!

Shanon’s place in Dominical is an absolute stunner. It’s a great place for a family to unwind and take in the breathtaking views. The house functions very well and is central to many great decisions within 20 min from the house. I highly recommend booking this property if your Costa Rican traveling takes you to the Pacific Coast.
