The apartment is a bit run down. The air conditioners need maintenance because they have some mold. The furniture and equipment are very basic and low-cost. The parking space only fits a small car and is uncomfortable. My stay was not as good as I expected, and I even left a few days earlier because I felt uncomfortable. If you are looking for a low-budget place, this might be a good option.

Muchísimas gracias, excelente lugar! Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo, lo único malo y no es culpa del anfitrión es que hubo lluvia y por ende muchas chitras, fuimos comidita de esas mosquitas!!!

Excelente atención, aunque hay detalles por mejorar Mi estancia fue muy agradable, principalmente gracias a la atención de Félix, quien fue extremadamente amable, respondió rápidamente a todas mis dudas y fue receptivo con los comentarios que le hice sobre algunas averías en el apartamento. Sin embargo, considero que el precio fue un poco elevado para lo que ofrecía el alojamiento, y me sentí algo presionada por la estricta política de salida a las 12 pm. Esto podría mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes. En general, fue una buena experiencia, pero con pequeños ajustes, podría ser excelente.

We rented Felix’s place to spend time with family. The apartment is great, pretty big and has pretty much everything you need. The beach is close by and very well maintained. The pool is also pretty close. There are many activities for kids like inflatables in the ocean, kayaks and water bikes that you can rent. There is also a small market pretty close by. It was great that the parking spot is indoors, since it rained a few days while we were there. Felix is pretty responsive, super attentive and friendly. We recommend this place to anyone and will definitely reach out to Felix again in the future

Great place to stay! Fantastic spot for families with kids. Private beach that is raked every morning and free of seaweed. Ocean level is waist high for adults and kept in great condition. Perfect for a young family like ours. I’d recommend bringing your alcohol and food to cook.

Felix foi extremamente rápido em proativo para responder perguntas e resolver intercorrências. O lugar é lindo, agradável e a localização do apartamento é perfeita: em frente ao Blu Beach Club e 5min caminhando a pé do mercadinho (para quem tem pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, é perfeito!). Roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas! Cozinha bem equipada.. nossas 'intercorrências' foram a churrasqueira que não funcionou, porém acionei Felix e ele nos presenteou com o aluguel da churrasqueira na praia - não poderia ter sido melhor! E a cafeteira que grande que não estava funcionando, porém havia uma outra que resolveu o problema! Voltaremos!

The kitchen was well stocked. I wish we had brought more food from Panama City with us as the restaurant was a little short on menu items because they had a large group that was celebrating an event that required special foods. We did not starve by any means. We Loved the place and we loved all it offered. Our multi generations enjoyed the environment. It was safe for the 10 month up to play along the beach. Thank you Felix for being flexible with us and our big group. You place is great.
