Remember that the property is front beach and full of nature, insects and wild animal could be walking around. After 6pm check-in is allowed but take note that wind, sand, leaves, insects might be around. Because of the natural immersion and road “La Costanera” if getting build, sometimes the power can go out, but always come, normally takes couple of hours. 🌊☀️🏖️

It is a great treehouse with an awesome living area/wooden deck upstairs. The house has its own entrance to the beach. For surfing it is a short walk to playa Maderas along the beach The house does have a couple of neighbour houses that are also rentals and there are two restaurants in the close vicinity.

We loved our stay - gorgeous home situated on the most beautiful beach. Maritza was easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. We would definitely recommend a stay at this tree house paradise.

Lo que me encantó es lo privado del lugar, hermoso, apacible, excelente para una reunión entre amigos o con familiares y por qué no? Una luna de miel, la Casa de madera es bellísima la Habitación de el Segundo piso es excepcional y la Vista, me encanta la salida a la playa desde la casa muy linda me recordó a Puerto Rico, el restaurante más Cercano Juanitas está muy lindo, dejan de servir comida a las 8 pm. Pero se puede seguir comprando Bebidas, el camino de entrada está un poco rural, pero ya el proyecto de la carretera está en popa y será mucho más fácil, volvería a ir si se da la oportunidad.

Maritza’s place was absolutely amazing, if you are planning a surfing holiday and like beautiful natural surroundings with an empty beach starting in your front yeard, look no further you found your place! The photos don’t do it justice, there are 3 outside areas you can use, the covered outdoor sitting area close to the kitchen to enjoy morning light, a lounging areas super comfortable for 4 people to lie in with extra seating to take shade for an afternoon nap and the cosy beach counter next to the grilling space to enjoy your sunset drink. The house has lots of greenery around it, we heard howler monkeys in the vicinity, we walked every day the 10 minutes to go to surf classes in Playa Maderas and came back to our tranquil setting to order a delicious Ceviche at Juanita’s kitchen restaurant closeby and take a swim while we waited for them to prepare it fresh. You won’t regret this, beds are comfortable, outdoor shower had optimal pressure, cleaning lady very attentive to our needs.
