Casa de Sueños es una amplia casa con vista al mar que cuenta con tres casitas independientes, cada una con cama king size. Ideal para grupos o familias. Diseñada para ofrecer tanto interacción como privacidad. ¡Disfruta de una vida de lujo aquí!
Los propietarios tienen su propio apartamento independiente en la parte trasera de la propiedad. El único espacio compartido es el gimnasio. Steve y Marlie gestionan la propiedad cuando están presentes y cuentan con administración remota en su ausencia.
El Espacio
Al ingresar a Casa de Sueños, deja tus preocupaciones en la entrada y disfruta del paisaje tropical y desértico. Toda la casa está diseñada para ofrecer vista al mar, ya sea que estés cocinando en la amplia cocina gourmet, cepillándote los dientes en tu casita, tomando una ducha de lluvia en tu tina con jets o descansando en tu cama king size.
La piscina climatizada (a 80-82 grados) mide 61 metros de largo, suficiente para nadar largos. Cuenta con tres áreas poco profundas ideales para niños pequeños. En el centro de la piscina hay un bar acuático con capacidad para seis personas; frente a este, un área de barbacoa hundida con asientos para seis más.
Puedes tomar una siesta flotando en una de las sillas lounge o junto a la piscina bajo el polo de arco, perfecto para quienes buscan sombra.
Diseño y Comodidades
La casa principal está diseñada para vivir dentro y fuera. Las ventanas de pared a pared permiten vistas al mar mientras cocinas, juegas billar, reservas un tour con internet inalámbrico o ves televisión vía satélite.
La cocina está completamente equipada con una amplia variedad de especias, ollas y sartenes, satisfaciendo cualquier deseo culinario. Lleva tus snacks y bebidas a alguna de las áreas exteriores para relajarte.
Cada habitación es amplia, privada y está separada de la casa principal. Se exhibe arte local para tu disfrute. Las sábanas, toallas y batas de alta calidad brindan una sensación de lujo.
Cada cuarto cuenta con cortinas blackout y ventiladores para tu comodidad y privacidad. Además, cada habitación tiene una caja fuerte para tus objetos de valor. Cada noche podrás dormir con el sonido de las olas rompiendo en la orilla.
En la casa principal hay un loft con una cama queen size de alta calidad con colchón de espuma viscoelástica, un lugar divertido para que duerman los niños.
Ubicación y Actividades
Toma una de las sillas de playa, empaca una hielera y camina solo siete minutos hasta la playa de arena blanca que se extiende por kilómetros. En esta playa de ambiente privado es más común ver peces saltando, pelícanos y ballenas que personas.
A pocos minutos en auto está el pueblo, donde puedes disfrutar de excelentes restaurantes que ofrecen pescado local fresco del día. Pasea por el pueblo y admira el arte local en varias galerías. Participa en alguno de los muchos festivales que ofrece Todos Santos.
Puedes tomar clases de surf, nadar con tiburones ballena, hacer senderismo en las montañas Sierra Laguna o simplemente disfrutar tu estancia en Casa de Sueños y perder la noción del tiempo.
Información Adicional
Antes contábamos con un cuidador que vivía en la propiedad. Cuando se fue, su perro decidió quedarse. Se llama Serila y siempre está dispuesta a acompañarte a la playa para comer cualquier sobrante que tengas.
Es una buena perra guardiana, bien educada, muy juguetona y llena de cariño. Nuestro jardinero Geraldo, que está en la propiedad los lunes, miércoles y viernes, y los administradores en sitio se encargan de cuidarla.

A lovely place to rent for a group stay as the casitas are separate and very roomy. The beds were awesome! Very comfortable. The palapa with kitchen and living room was large and inviting. The pool was wonderful and a stand out feature and kept very clean! I will mention the road is quite loud, however this is obviously not in their control but worth mentioning if a more quiet rental is important to prospective clients. All in all, we did love this place and it was comfortable, clean and the hosts were very lovely folks.

We had the best 3 generation family vacation at Steven and marlie's place. The place is just beautiful and so well located quick drive to town and a 10 minute walk to the most beautiful walking beach across the street. A beautiful home with 3 individual casitas to give us all a little extra space and privacy. Great communication, great food recommendations too and we appreciated the slightly early flexible check in! this is one of my favorite Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Hope to return soon.

We finally got to experience what all the other guests raved about - from the incredibly friendly Steve and Marlie to the absolutely amazing pool - was a slice of heaven we all craved. The hosts went out of the way to make us feel at home and we were sad to leave. Don't hesitate and just book it.

Outstanding stay Amy the property manager was so awesome. Found us a private chef who absolutely killed it. Helped in every way you can think of. The place was stunning. I really loved the location too. Absolutely will come back

We hosted a family reunion group at the property. It's very well set up for a group as each couple gets their own personal casita. The casitas are very big and feel like you have your own hotel suite - big bathrooms, a desk, very generous space and lots of amentities provided. The kitchen and communal living space is great for hanging out and cooking. The gym is well equiped and we appreciated being able to have a workout on property - something a bit more rare in TS. The pool and deck area is definitely the stand out for this property. The way the pool wraps around the whole front of the property makes it a great hang out spot. We appreciated the comfy outdoor lounging furniture as well. We also made use of the provided beach chairs for a trip to Cerritos. All in all, the house is well stocked and makes for a great stay. I am giving it four stars because we did have a few teething issues with power, wifi and a/c - I should note that hosts were responsive and sorted it out.

I’m not even sure what to write here; the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. We arrived to a beautiful sunset and a nice veggie platter made by our incredibly gracious hosts, Steve and Marlie. And it only got better from there. Read the reviews posted by others because they are all spot on. The pictures do not do the property justice: the comfort is unmatched, and I wouldn’t hesitate one second to book the house again!

I believe this is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s simply GORGEOUS. Every amenity imaginable (although a hammock would be a great addition!). The location is also exceptional and todos santos is an incredible spot. The owners live on the property yet never felt intrusive even though we saw them many times - really nice, easy going people. We were with two 16 year olds and two 21 year olds and everyone had a fantastic time & there were things for all ages. Thanks for an amazing week!

My family enjoyed our stay at Steve and Marlie's place. The main house and casitas were well stocked and well maintained. The home itself is about a 5-10 minute walk to a nearby beautiful beach (waves are too rough for swimming though) and a 5 minute drive to several restaurants and markets. Steve and Marlie were excellent hosts. We would love to stay here again.
