The Space
If you appreciate a peaceful, nature-filled getaway away from busy resorts, Playa Pelada is an ideal choice. Our home features high ceilings and lovely views overlooking the beautiful community pool. A short walk along the condo's private path leads to Playa Pelada, a scenic beach perfect for swimming, bodyboarding, and strolling.
Both bedrooms are roomy and include built-in closets for your belongings. They are enclosed with glass windows, fitted with custom blinds, and each has its own temperature-controlled air conditioning unit. The bathrooms have been recently renovated with modern cement countertops, glass shower enclosures, and all new fixtures.
The living area offers an open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, granite countertops with a bar seating four, and a brand-new double-door stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker. The spacious seating area provides ample room for puzzles or games. This living space is fully enclosed with windows and has its own air conditioning unit. It opens onto a large open-air balcony furnished with a big dining table, ideal for group meals.
Location
The property is within walking distance of Playa Pelada beach and the popular surfing beach, Playa Guiones. It is also a short drive from numerous yoga studios that offer daily public classes.

This is a great find! First of all, the location is perfect. Direct, quick access to the beach. Very walkable to multiple restaurants and stores. The apartment is VERY spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again. The pool area and general landscaping was lovely and added to the whole experience.

We loved this Airbnb and had an amazing time in Costa Rica! The condo was clean, more spacious than the photos suggested, and featured a lovely covered outdoor porch where we ate most of our meals. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook several dinners during our stay. Our kids also enjoyed the community pool. The location was excellent—just a short walk along a private path to Playa Pelada, one of the most beautiful beaches. We also enjoyed dining at La Luna, a delicious restaurant a short walk down the beach, and Sunrise Cafe, just a quick stroll down the road. We spent time surfing at Guiones Beach, which is just a short drive, walk, or tuk-tuk ride from the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to bring a family, and we hope to come back next year. 💕

This apartment is located in a beautiful complex with a pool, just a minute’s walk from the pristine Playa Pelada beach. It is also within walking distance of Sunrise Coffee and several local restaurants, which we enjoyed exploring during our stay. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and appears to be a well-loved family beach home. It’s generally well equipped, although missing a few basic items that would have made our stay more comfortable. Additionally, the mattresses were very uncomfortable which impacted our sleep. Prior to our arrival, Claire, the host, sent a handbook with local recommendations, which was very helpful. As she is not based locally, she also provided the contact details of the property manager. There appeared to be some miscommunication between them, which led to minor issues during our stay. Overall, this is a beautiful apartment in a peaceful location - great for enjoying the relaxed pace of Playa Pelada.

Claire’s place in Nosara is awesome. the lush jungle is perfect, with tall ceilings, tons of greenery, and super comfy couches to just chill on. The beach feels almost private, and the pool is great. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are really nice. I had such a great time and would definitely come back!

What a fantastic place! The flat felt spacious with high ceiling, everything was clean and well presented. The surroundings amazing with the pool area outside, and the wonderful beach only a short walk on the path through the woods. The information provided was very easy to understand, and when we had further questions and needed tips, Claire was quick to reply and was very helpful. We loved our stay, a perfect spot for a family of five. We highly recommend a stay here!

Gorgeous setting! Enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching birds in the palms. Walking distance to the beach down a short path. Incredible sunsets. Convenient to everything in Nosara! Claire was a fantastic host with tons of recommendations! We hope to return :)

Love at first sight! Well located, very clean, the accommodation with its cathedral roof seems much larger than in the photos. The beautiful large terrace overlooking the pool is surrounded by greenery. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach via a small private path. It feels safe with the barriers at the entrance. In short, everything was perfect!
