Excellent location, perfect facilities, and it has everything you need for a family stay. Seven outside, pool, elevators, and free entrance to a beach club. I would definitely come back.

The apartment is even better in person! Spacious and extremely comfortable. There were 5 of us, and each of us enjoyed our own en-suite bedroom. Abna's team provided several amenities for our arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped. The condominium is great and quiet, with a very family-friendly atmosphere, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a bar. The condo reception helped us by recommending restaurants and street food, and a concierge assisted us with sightseeing. The key feature, in addition to comfort, is the proximity to Playa Mamitas (50 m) and Quinta Avenida. Everything can be reached on foot in a relaxed and safe manner. We loved our stay.

Located only two blocks from the beach and fifth avenue. Access to beach club was great on busier days and pool was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Apartment was clean when we arrived, good air conditioning, and spacious. Glad we booked here!

The apartment is just like the photos, very nice, comfortable and clean, a quiet area with many restaurants around, the people in the residence are very friendly and attentive. The host was very friendly and responded promptly. Highly recommended

My stay was very pleasant because the apartment was very comfortable and very nice, the complex was also very nice, the pool with the bar was very nice and what I also liked is that for staying you have sun loungers and a parasol on the beach that is 50 meters away and is very nice. The location is excellent. It's a bit noisy because there's a bar in front that plays very loud music, but we were able to rest well anyway.
