Beyond happy with our stay, the location was GREAT, walkable to really nice and good restaurants. The place feels like a home with lots to appreciate, almost every corner of the house has a nice place to relax with family or friends. The pool was definitely our favorite place to escape the heat, the tree in the middle provides a good amount of shade so even during peak heat you are able to enjoy the pool. We ended up using the pool a lot more than we thought we would and it was just perfect. This will be my go to place in Hermosillo. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend some great family time. I'm thankful for the opportunity to have stayed at Rams place, can't wait to go back!

Before anything, the photos on here do not match the actual condition of the house, it needs tons of maintenance. One thing that is crucial when it comes to Airbnb or hospitality is AIR CONDITIONING, people want to be comfortable, the AC in the main house does not work ok, the mini splits (2) were broken on the separate rooms or lil apts they have. We noticed this as soon as we arrived, when we messaged the host he never replied or communicated, he had another lady (his sister) which by the way the whole time she made seem that the fact that she was there turning in keys and answering questions was a total inconvenience for her…she had some AC guy come out to try and fix the AC’s but all he could say was that it was going to get better over time. After hours of no AC, we decided to just move out and get a hotel. When we called the lady to let her know, she made us go take her the keys for the house 😂.. thank you Airbnb for the quick refund. I hope they figure out their act.
