The Space

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this recently updated studio located within the Sweet Dreams condominiums complex. The spacious studio includes a brand new bed frame, mattress, and sofa bed. The double-sized bed and sofa bed together can accommodate up to four guests comfortably.

The unit features a dining table suitable for four people and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, including an electric stove, kettle, and coffee maker. A safe is provided for securing your belongings. There is also a dedicated workspace ideal for remote workers or digital nomads. The internet speed inside the unit is 100 Mbps.

Two beach chairs are available for guest use, provided they are returned undamaged.

Location

The condo is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from Ocotal Beach and about a 20-minute walk to downtown Coco. It is accessible by all types of vehicles, with parking available on-site. Security guards monitor the area to ensure safety.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the shared pool area and common laundry facilities. The laundry room is located directly across from the unit and charges $2 for washing and $2 for drying.

Supplies Provided

The property is competitively priced, with discounts offered for longer stays. This pricing reflects a limited starter pack of essentials provided upon arrival, which includes:

• A few rolls of toilet paper
• One roll of paper towels
• A sponge
• Dish soap
• Hand soap
• Trash bags
• Basic cleaning supplies

Please note that shampoo is not included. After the initial supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.

Important Notes

• Kitchen sinks in Costa Rica typically do not have hot water, so expect room-temperature water in the kitchen.
• The cleaning fee covers only post-departure cleaning. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at your expense.
• Review the amenities list carefully before booking. Requests for amenities not listed cannot be accommodated after reservation confirmation.
• Inform the host of any special needs or preferences, such as noise sensitivity or mobility issues, prior to booking to ensure the property meets your requirements.
• The property follows a strict cancellation policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Repairs affecting your stay will be addressed promptly during business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Moving to another property due to uncommunicated preferences or missing amenities is not possible after booking, except in extreme cases.
• Please avoid staining the white towels; charges will apply for stains that cannot be removed.

House Rules and Policies

• Report any cleaning issues immediately so they can be resolved promptly. All other concerns should also be communicated without delay.
• Parties and events are not allowed. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking inside the unit is prohibited. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
• Pets are not permitted. Violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• Only registered guests are allowed. Extra charges plus penalties apply for unregistered visitors.
• Avoid eating or drinking on the beds to prevent damage.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect neighbors and other guests.
• Air conditioning units should be turned off when leaving the unit. Set temperatures should remain above 20°C to avoid freezing and damage.
• Dispose of all trash before departure.
• Check-in and check-out times must be observed to avoid additional fees for late departures.
• Lost keys incur a replacement fee, and lock changes may be required at the guest’s expense.
• Illegal substances are strictly forbidden on the property.
• Any damages must be reported immediately.
• One parking spot is provided within the gated parking area.
