Casa Aloma la Fortuna Downtown

First the place was incredible!!! Very nice home with great space and we loved the pool! Marco couldn’t have been a better host He made thoughtful recommendations , gave us some treats upon arrival and was genuinely really nice. La Fortuna was nice to walk around. We found a great breakfast place called the open kitchen ( we loved it). Great view of the volcano when not cloudy. This was a home run stay for us

Amazing Home! Marco was a gracious host. We requested a Bluetooth speaker and moments later they brought one over, very accommodating. The house was very clean and spacious. We all loved the pool with the built in table and benches. The pool was heated to a perfect temp. The air conditioning upstairs worked wonderfully. The home is stocked with all you need, wine, snacks, beer, coffee. The neighborhood is safe and it’s easy to get around town. We couldn’t have asked for anything more to start our Costa Rica holiday!

From the moment we arrived, our host was super responsive, incredibly thoughtful, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The entire space was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was ideal: walking distance to everything we wanted, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. The bathrooms were spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. And the private heated pool was such a huge plus! It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some family time. The thoughtful extras really made our stay special. There were snacks, drinks, and coffee waiting for us, which was such a lovely touch! This was truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. We can’t thank Marco enough for making our family’s stay so comfortable and memorable. We would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location and beautiful clean home. Would stay again!

Marco was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing beer, wine, and snacks upon our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house is absolutely beautiful—new, modern, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable, with great air conditioning upstairs . We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space. The pool was an added bonus and a wonderful place to relax. Marco was also incredibly responsive. I texted him to let him know that the showerhead had very low water flow, and within an hour, while we were out, he had a brand-new showerhead installed. We were so impressed with how quickly he took care of it! We felt very safe in the area, and the location was fantastic—within easy walking distance of downtown, shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend Marco’s home. His hospitality, responsiveness, and attention to detail made our stay even better. We would definitely stay again.!

This place was absolutely amazing! This was our first trip to CR. Marco was phenomenal. He helped guide us to the property, met us at arrival, gave outstanding recommendations, and was a very reliable resource. He even quickly came to let us in when we locked ourselves out! The property itself is simply amazing. I was slightly apprehensive never having been in an open living space before but it was part of the adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the table in the open air yet having cool accommodations upstairs at night. The price point can be a little shocking but it is so worth it to have a completely amazing experience in another country. The location of the property was so perfect! We walked almost everywhere. Coffee less than a block away every morning. So many sodas and restaurants, convenience stores, souvenir shops all within a few blocks. Sooooooooo AMAZING! Thank you Marco!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Aloma. Anything that you could think of was available at the property to make our stay super comfortable, including a lovely welcome basket upon our arrival. Marco was very friendly and helpful, providing very clear instructions for entry and helpful local tips and recommendations. The property itself was stunning and even better than we expected from the photos. The pool was heated and the rooms air conditioned to the perfect temperature for swimming and sleeping. The location couldn’t have been better, in the middle of it all, while still feeling very private and secure. We hope our travels bring us back here soon!
