The place is very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, and the pool and access to the ocean are the best part. Leticia is a good host, always attentive and flexible for check-out; however, the cleanliness was not good at all. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom, in parts of the kitchen, and even between the sheets, which was very unpleasant, and I think it detracts from all the good and beautiful things about the place. That could and should be improved.

Leticia’s place was perfect for our stay in Mazatlan. It’s well appointed and is as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Leticia was very responsive always. There was small issue at check in, but she corrected it quickly . The Condo | Apartment is beautiful. The views from window and the Deck amazing. The best views of Mazatlan bay. Very high end building - Peninsula. The beach in front is very quiet and Private . Huge condo over 1,600 sq feet. The master in great. All the amenities. I would stay here again 100%. Patrick

Great option. The depa padrisimo, Lety is always attentive. Excellent cost-benefit balance, I would always come back! My wife forgot some rings and immediately marked us to return them… Actions speak of how convenient this option….
