This cozy three-bedroom house was built in the 1970s. Although simple and modest, it is fully equipped with the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Managua. The home is near El Dorado Park, in a family-friendly neighborhood known for its safety.

While the house retains the charm of an earlier era, it offers the convenience and comfort needed to feel at home during your visit.

Energy Usage

To help us conserve energy, please follow these guidelines:

1. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house and at check-out.
2. Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
3. Keep bedroom doors closed when using the air conditioning.

Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 20 kWh. If your consumption exceeds the included allowance, an additional charge of $0.50 per extra kWh will apply.

For complete transparency, we will photograph the energy meter on both your arrival and departure days. This allows us to accurately calculate your total electricity usage during your stay.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. The house also includes two parking spaces inside the property for small and medium-sized cars.

Important Information

• This is a family-oriented neighborhood. Parties and other activities that may disturb the neighbors are not permitted.
• All bedrooms have air conditioning, but the number of available bedrooms depends on the number of guests.
• Hot water is not available.
• Due to the age of the house, there may be some stains on the floor. These should not affect your stay.
• The house includes one Amazon Alexa. You are welcome to disconnect it if you prefer.

Room Policy

• Reservations for two guests include access to one bedroom.
• Reservations for four guests include access to two bedrooms.
• Reservations for five guests include access to all three bedrooms.
