Beautiful place to stay in, if you love the Guatemala City this is a perfect spot

Excellent location! Unbeatable if you want to be in that area of Guatemala City. The apartment is very well furnished with everything new. The area is noisy because of the nightlife, but if you close the apartment properly and use the air conditioning, it blocks out the noise. Otherwise, it's a bit annoying.

I looked for a place with furnishings for relaxing. It was difficult to find a place with a substantial couch or seating for relaxing in the evenings. The couch plus the views provided the ambiance I was looking for. Nice complex. High floor for great views. Walkable to restaurants and the mall. Very safe. Used a local named Jorge for transportation as needed. He was great and really seemed to enjoy helping others. I really enjoyed the combination of this relaxing location and the local help for a safe and memorable experience.

Excellent apartment, very good location and excellent service

I can't say enough good things about this Airbnb! I stay in Airbnb's in Guatemala City on a regular basis and have done so through the years. This is definitely one of the nicest airbnbs I have stayed in -- it is spacious, well located, comfortable (very comfortable bed) spotlessly clean, etc. I was a bit wary of renting this Airbnb due to some of the guests comments about it being noisy due to the proximity of nearby restaurants and clubs. I stayed on a Thursday night and a Friday night.. Thursday was very calm and quiet and Friday I could hear a bit of music in the distance but nothing terrible at all. I found that with the windows closed and the AC turned on, the outside sound was not even audible. The hosts do provide ear plugs which is a nice touch! the Airbnb is a 2 minute walk from Fontebella in less than a 10-minute walk from Oakland Mall. I will definitely be staying here on a regular basis and will recommend it to family and friends!

Our stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant thanks to Rick’s attention to detail and overall cleanliness of his place. I was able to prepare several dishes in the fully equipped kitchen while enjoying the cool atmosphere that air conditioning provided. We were also very pleased with the shower water pressure despite being in a high rise building, but the best features are the security and walkability this magnificent property has to offer! We won’t hesitate to return and will also recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much for being a wonderful host!
