Valeria's airbnb is very convinient to all the restaurants, bars, beaches. She was very responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. Check in/out was very easy with a friendly front desk concierge staff available. Great place to stay, thank you for hosting!

If you are staying for 1 or 2 days it is comfortable or OK, but if you are staying for 3+ days take in consideration they do NOT offer HK service therefore you are stuck with the same towels used for both beach and shower. We were a family of 6 and once we got there AC unit was at 88 and took more than one hour to cool off and that only because we had to contact front desk and host. We wanted to take a shower because we had traveled all day and found out we didn't have enough towels, host took them later but until night! Also, all airbnb's we have stayed at have offered 1 day of HK to replenish and clean their property, well here it was not the case and we were stuck with dirty towels for the remainder of the stay and to think they charge for cleaning fees. Also all beddings smelled moldy, I asked host for assistance but she wasn't near area to assist and provided with a huge quote for having her staff clean it. There is no washer and dryer so take your own towels to your vacation!

Great Comfortable stay, Great Location (2 min walk to beach), Restaurants 5-10 min walk on the strip, which also seems endless (Restaurants everywhere), Well kept place Overall, Only concern we had, Not enough face clothes (washcloths) but plenty of towels for shower and the beach, Great host, responsive to concerns, will definitely be returning to this Beautiful Relaxing Space

The place was in a great location. Close to the beach and 5th Avenue, it was surprisingly quiet inside. The pool was great and the place was clean. The couple of times I had to contact Valeria she responded in seconds.

Excellent host Valeria, and the place exceeded my expectations; more beautiful in person than in the pictures, very good location, clean, despite having places with lots of people and music nearby, in the place you can't hear the noise, a very quiet and beautiful place!!!
