Our stay at this property has been just wonderful. Thanks to the host and staff for providing us with a clean and comfortable place to stay and address our every need. Responsive even at 4AM. The staff were excellent and have made our stay pleasant. I gave a grocery list before we arrived and everything was already setup when we got there. The place is exactly as pictured and described. Spotless, smelled nice as we walked in, the night guard was there to greet us when we got there at midnight, showed us around and stayed outside the entrance the entire night. The maid was there but it felt like she was not till we needed something. She was super sweet and worked around our schedule. The location could have not been better. Close to everything but in a quiet and a safe neighborhood. Even the bedroom that has a window to the street was super quiet. Minutes to the upscale shopping mall, grocery store, clock tower, good restaurants, 10 minute walk to the port for boat rides.

Great location right in the old city but in the nicer part all the best restaurants are a few minute walk… great hospitality. The house included housekeeper with breakfast prepaid daily.

AMAZING place. stayed in 3 different villas in Cartagena. I HATED them all because this place set the level so high!! maid an security was very friendly, helpful and attentive to everything and anything we needed. the hosts were very quick too respond to any messages sent to them and reached out to us daily to see if we needed anything. the place was kept spotless an was easily worth the price!! it will be my go too place if available next time we come too Cartagena an I will be recommending to friends and family. thank you for everything guys, see you soon!!!!!!

Our family of five — myself, my wife, our 15-year-old son, and my parents — stayed here, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The house is beautifully modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Each room was fantastic, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better. Being right next to the mall made everything convenient, and we felt completely safe the entire time. Luis, the security guard, was outstanding. He helped guide us everywhere we needed to go and always made us feel cared for and looked after. But the true highlight of our stay was the young lady who cleaned the home and prepared breakfast each morning. She was, without question, the heart of the entire experience. She treated us like family — thoughtful, warm, attentive, and always anticipating what we might need. Every morning she made sure we had something fresh and delicious for breakfast, and somehow each day felt even better than the last. 5 Stars All Day Long

Our group of five guys takes an annual trip, and this was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The home was stunning—better than the photos—and the location was perfect. But what truly made this stay exceptional was Laura. She went above and beyond every single day. Each morning, she greeted us with a smile, prepared delicious breakfasts, cleaned the entire house, and even offered to wash our clothes and organize our rooms. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like we were at a private resort. The evening security guard was friendly and always made sure we felt safe while quietly tidying up the common areas. Johana, our host, constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a box of sweets that was a huge hit. Everything worked perfectly—the pool, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The entire party thought the accommodations were perfect in every way - and Laura's warmth and care truly topped it all off.

This is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The location is close to everything but far from the noice. Love it! The stuff was incredible and the hosts were amazing. Very responsive and great recommendations. Thank you!

Special Thank you to Johana and Liliana for making our Cartagena trip memorable and unforgettable. Excellent communication with excellent recommendations. This property is beautifully laid out in a great location. Shoutout to our wonderful housekeeper, she was prompt and hardworking each morning keeping the property clean and well-maintained. And she started each of our days with a wonderful breakfast. And shoutout to our evening concierge, we thank him for his expertise and dedication to keeping us safe and showing us around the walled city. We will absolutely be returning to this property for future visits to Cartagena. Thank you so much.

This is my second time staying here all I have to say is I love it,I am definitely come back here,Nayelis she cook breakfast every morning and clean up you have nothing to worry about.Alex the security guard was so helpful easy to talk and make sure you are always good anything you need he tried his best to make sure you happy. Johana and the staff thank you so much for welcoming us in your place and made us feel so much love thank you and see you soon.
