The apartment is situated in the Albatros building within the Marea Los Cabos complex, a new development consisting of several buildings. Two remote towers are currently in their final construction phase.
Marea Los Cabos is located in the heart of downtown San Lucas, close to numerous restaurants and bars. Due to the area's ongoing growth and construction, some noise may be experienced during your stay. Additionally, city noise can be expected because of the central location.

Such a worthwhile and convenient spot in the center of Cabo San Lucas. It’s away from the marina enough to not be disturbed by all the riff raff, yet easily walkable to anywhere whether that’s downtown or the beach. Great spot!

Easily walkable to Medano beach and only 20 mins walk to the marina! The place felt very modern and the pool area was very relaxing. Only slight issue was the Karaoke bar nearby, they were way too loud till 2-3am even on a Sunday but hey you are in a party city!

This place was incredibly clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend it. The price was also very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodations. It was well-appointed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. PS. I noticed other comments mentioning a loud karaoke bar right next to the facility. However, I didn’t think it was loud at all.

Great location , spacious apartment, walking distance to beach and marina. Alejandro was very responsive to all questions. Music from surrounding parties was a bit loud at night. Overall recommend this place !

The location is great, very easy to get around town on foot. Alejandro was very kind and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. A great host! My grievances was a bag of dirty linen being left behind, along with the bedding having hair and towels being stained. The condo is located near a karaoke bar that is unfortunately VERY loud and does not close until 4 am (thursday-Saturday nights in our experience) and it’s very disruptive. Aside from that, we enjoyed this property and felt very safe!

I stayed her for a girls trip with my friends and it was a great place! It was extremely clean, had multiple bathrooms, good water pressure, beautiful and spacious living room, balconies, and great amenities. The location here is prime and for the price, it is more than worth it. Alejandro was responsive to our questions and was very helpful with recommendations. Additionally, I felt safe here, as there is security everyday and a safe check in process. I would definitely book here again for my next stay in Cabo!
