Esta elegante casa es ideal para viajes en grupo. Es una casa espaciosa rodeada de jardines y varias terrazas amuebladas con mecedoras y hamacas.
Ubicada en el barrio céntrico de San Felipe, la casa está a poca distancia a pie de la Catedral, la plaza central, museos, bares y restaurantes.
Dormitorios
La casa tiene tres dormitorios:
- Un dormitorio con una cama tamaño queen
- Un dormitorio con dos camas matrimoniales
- Un dormitorio con una cama matrimonial

Áreas de estar
La casa cuenta con una cocina abierta con barra y área de comedor. Hay tres espacios independientes con sofás y mecedoras donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse, socializar o leer.
La habitación de entrada también incluye un escritorio para trabajar cómodamente.
El interior tiene un diseño de estilo colonial, con pasillos y áreas de estar que dan directamente al jardín y al patio. Como resultado, dependiendo del clima, pueden entrar a la casa polvo, hojas, lluvia y otros elementos del exterior.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todas las áreas de la casa, incluyendo:

La lavadora está disponible para uso de los huéspedes, pero estos deben proporcionar su propio detergente líquido para ropa.

This is a cute place a few blocks from the main area of Leon. My only complaint was the beds were not great and there was no hot water so the tub is really just a cold plunge. There is also another small apartment that joins it but does not lock from the larger apartment side.

Great location with a beautiful garden. We loved how the living space was open to the garden with multiple areas that allowed us to be together or separate when we wanted to. It's is also a few blocks from the Cathedral/town square which made it very walkable.

The place was more than what we expected. It was HUGE and had a beautiful open concept with the outdoors being part of the home. The photos don’t do it justice. It seems like many homes in Nicaragua are this way. There are insects, ants and even birds, but we obviously treat it as part of the home. The location is very walkable to León Cathedral and many eateries, stores, etc. We enjoyed this city very much and wished we stood an extra day. Thank you for having us!

A beautiful and unique stay! This airbnb is so much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Also, super close to the spots the action while also feeling very safe. The majority of the property is open to the outdoors so be aware that things you’d see in a garden can access the outdoor spaces easily. Bedrooms and bathrooms are closed off so we didn’t have any issues there. Highly recommend this place when in Leon for something different with plenty of charm and space!

After reading several reviews, the place is indeed even more beautiful and pleasant in real life than in the photos. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The accommodation is very well located, and we felt safe. Maria was very responsive and gave us lots of advice. I highly recommend it!
