El Espacio
Residencia de Lujo Frente al Mar es un refugio tranquilo diseñado para aprovechar al máximo su ubicación frente a la playa. Las amplias terrazas, amuebladas cómodamente, crean una experiencia acogedora de vida interior y exterior.
Playa Langosta es conocida por ofrecer algunas de las puestas de sol más hermosas de Costa Rica. Después de relajarse en la playa o disfrutar de un día de navegación, esnórquel o turismo, duerma con el sonido del océano en esta lujosa residencia.
Planta Principal
Al entrar a la planta principal, encontrará una amplia sala de estar y una cocina con vista al océano. Las baldosas grises del piso y los elegantes gabinetes blancos de la cocina contrastan con los muebles de teca natural y los colores vibrantes de la gran pintura de Malu Moreira, que captura los verdes intensos y los exuberantes tonos de la selva tropical costarricense.
La sala incluye:
- Un sofá amplio
- Sillas de cuero tejido
- Estanterías de teca
- Una mesa de centro de madera natural diseñada por un artesano local
El comedor cuenta con capacidad para ocho personas, mientras que la amplia isla de cocina ofrece asientos de barra para cuatro personas y suficiente espacio de encimera para preparar y servir alimentos.
La planta principal también incluye:
- Dos dormitorios, cada uno con baño privado
- Un medio baño
- Un área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora
- Una amplia terraza con hermosas vistas del océano Pacífico
Dormitorio Uno de la Planta Principal
Este dormitorio cuenta con una cama tipo plataforma diseñada a la medida, que puede configurarse como una cama king o como dos camas individuales. También ofrece:
- Vistas al océano
- Acceso a la terraza principal
- Un escritorio
- Un televisor de pantalla plana
- Un vestidor con gabinetes de teca hechos a la medida
- Un baño privado con lavamanos doble, gabinetes de madera y una amplia ducha independiente equipada con regadera tipo lluvia y ducha de mano
Dormitorio Dos de la Planta Principal
El segundo dormitorio incluye una cama queen hecha a la medida con una cama nido matrimonial oculta. La cama nido puede acomodar a niños o guardarse debajo de la cama queen cuando no esté en uso.
Las características adicionales incluyen:
- Un televisor grande de pantalla plana
- Un escritorio
- Una pared empotrada de gabinetes hechos a la medida para guardar artículos personales
- Un baño privado con lavamanos y ducha independiente equipada con regadera tipo lluvia y ducha de mano
Terraza Principal
La terraza principal incluye:
- Dos sillas de descanso
- Una mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas

La planta superior contiene el dormitorio principal con baño privado. Esta habitación cuenta con:

- Un vestidor con gabinetes de teca hechos a la medida
- Un baño privado con lavamanos doble, gabinetes de madera y una amplia ducha independiente equipada con regadera tipo lluvia y ducha de mano
Comodidades y Confort
Todas las habitaciones y la terraza principal están equipadas con ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado para ayudar a que usted y sus huéspedes estén cómodos en cualquier clima.
La residencia también cuenta con un sistema de Wi-Fi en malla para facilitar el acceso a internet y a los servicios de streaming.

- Se puede proporcionar una cuna portátil para un niño pequeño previa solicitud. Si viaja con un bebé, infórmenos al momento de hacer la reservación.
- Se requiere un depósito de seguridad de $750. Se devolverá después de la salida, siempre que no haya daños a la propiedad ni pagos pendientes.

Our family of 6 had the trip of a lifetime! There was more than enough room for us in this amazing place. The sunset view from the balcony was the icing on top. We were able to organize our airport transfer and grocery delivery through the concierge service, making check-in seamless. (Jonathon is the best!). We couldn't decide to spend the day in the amazing pool or take the short walk to the beautiful beach which was only steps away. We were sad to leave but are already looking at when we can come back. Don't think about it, stay here!

Our stay was fantastic! Pavel was helpful and the place was gorgeous. Access to the beach was nice and the pool was perfect. The whole place exceeded our expectations!

This place is amazing, it was carefully designed to make you feel you are staying at a luxurious condo. Everything was clean and I loved the unit. My only issue was that I could not enjoy the beach since it is full of rocks. I had to travel to a different beach to get into the ocean. Other than that this place is amazing and I highly recommend it

This was the perfect accommodations for our family of 5 on our first trip to Costa Rica!! The layout gave our teenage girls a little privacy when they needed it, but allowed us to hang out as a family in the kitchen, living room or outside (where we spent most of our time). The unit is very nicely equipped. We loved the pool and it was great to watch sunsets from the beach, the pool and the upstairs patio! Nice to have a peaceful area to start and end each day. It was a bonus that we could walk to a few different restaurants, when we chose to go out for dinner. We’ll definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Tamarindo!!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped with anything you might need. The host and manager were very helpful and responsive. We loved that there was so much close by. The store around the corner has the basics which was helpful! We would definitely stay here again

Our family of five had the most amazing time at Pavel's place on the beach. The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you could need in a stay away from home. The location is amazing- away from the chaos of Tamarindo (but just a quick walk!), secure (gated and security guard is present 24/7), and close to a few restaurants and a small grocery store. The best part of the stay was the beach- my kids LOVED exploring the tide pools in the morning, finding shells, and playing in the water. We would 100% recommend Pavel's place to anyone visiting the Tamarindo area!

This is by the place to stay! Picture perfect beach, very high end condo and so close to everything. My family truly loved our stay and we kept commenting that we found the best place to stay! We did rent a golf cart to get around town which was perfect.
