Guest Access

Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire villa, including:

• Two private pools: one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop terrace
• All interior spaces: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and lounge areas
• A private rooftop lounge area for sunbathing, drinks, and jungle views

Additionally, there is access to a shared rooftop terrace via elevator from the main entrance, offering a peaceful spot to watch the sunrise or relax quietly.

Additional Information

To maintain the beautiful gardens and pools, the staff will need to enter the property daily for watering plants and cleaning the pools. They will knock before entering, and guests can arrange a convenient time for these services.

Please note that Tulum is a rapidly developing area, and some construction noise may be audible during standard working hours. While heavy machinery near the property has been removed, occasional noise is part of the ongoing growth in the region. This is beyond the control of the villa management.

To accommodate this, a 15% discount has already been applied to the nightly rate. Guests are informed in advance to set clear expectations and avoid misunderstandings regarding refunds or compensation related to construction noise.
