Let me start by saying what I liked. Miriam and Freddie were amazing! Really liked the condo it was cute with a great view and pool. Walkable to lots of stuff. The locals were really great and friendly. Jungle bar across the street was our spot. The bad. They don’t describe the property correctly tho. They never mentioned that if the beach out the back door is no swim-able that the closets beach is 45 minutes away on a golf cart in the middle of nowhere. There are no signs and the roads are so bad we were catching air on the golf cart. We didn’t intend to rent a golf cart but were forced to because of the seagrass in our beach. That was around 245. I’ve had 4 hip surgeries w 2 replacements and a fusion in my back. The ride was not easy at all. I have no problem with mother nature and the seagrass however it should’ve been in the description and prepared people for that. I can’t even put into words how amazing this place was and Belize is in general. Clean, great location, great amenities, etc. We had so much fun and felt right at home. Until next time!!!

Beautiful location. Stunning view. The pool and hot tub were a plus. Can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Coral Bay Guest Guide was very helpful. Recommend renting a golf cart. We loved The Beach Bar, Patz’s Deli, The Purple Pelican, Toast, and the Palapa Bar for food and drinks. We loved Secret Beach - Pirates made the best drinks. We loved sailing on the Sirena Azul and snorkeling at Hol Chan Reserve and Shark Ray Alley.

We want to thank Miriam and Freddy were great! They always responded to any request and always friendly. We had a rain storm one night and started having water leaking in the bathroom and they got us moved to another unit. This was the slower time of the season so we had the whole place to ourselves, peaceful pool days and starry nights! We loved it! Would highly recommend. Also, check out The Baker which is just down the street for breakfast, latte or a snack. Great place. Also, ask Patti for some of the good local restaurants where the food is wonderful and ALOT cheaper! Thank you all for a wonderful week!!

Balcony was amazing, spent a lot of time at the pool. Mariam and Freddy were extremely helpful and lovely throughout the whole trip.

The room and amenities were wonderful, and the location is perfect, right in between the north and south parts of the island. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was being repaired which meant loud tile grinding the first few days of my stay until late at night, but i understand that they were trying to get it done as fast as possible. Staff on site were awesome and took care of whatever i needed!

Sunrise property managers with Terrylee, Miriam and Freddy were fantastic. They met us for check-in, got us a golf cart rental arranged, booked our Tropic Air transfer from BZE and booked our snorkeling adventure. They were very responsive and accommodating to our last minute planning. Weather provided some challenges and they worked hard to take great care of us. The room was better than the photos. AC is only in the bedroom which was perfect to help us sleep. The rest of the unit we kept at outdoor temperatures. The villas were located in a quiet part of town just south of the downtown San Pedro area which facilitated a peaceful stay. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely look here first when we come back to Belize!
