This is a beautiful place with everything you can imagine to host and cook for a large group. It had more supplies, especially for cooking, than any place I have ever stayed. We had a mixed age group with cousins and grandparents, and it was perfect for everyone. The rooms/showers/a.c. were great. Being right on the beach meant that we didn't have to all pack up if one little kid got too hot, and you could wander down for sunset without disrupting dinner. We had monkeys in the trees outside nearly every day. The communication was great with the management company, and we also spoke Spanish, so we could ask the groundskeeper, Roberto, for anything we needed. We didn't need much because Roberto was always behind the scenes helping out, including saving my laundry from a rainstorm while we were out. We appreciated the location being out of town but close enough to walk in. It is very private. Super easy for a family vacation. Highly recommend this place.

Great location on the beach. Quick walk to many great restaurants, and great waves for boogy-boarding in the am and pm. Very nice having the staff make your breakfast and clean your rooms every day, excellent service and always very clean! Felt very safe, and we even had 10-12 Howler Monkeys in the trees in our yard one late afternoon. Loved the place!

We recently stayed 3 nights in Diego's home in Playas del Coco, and it was the perfect place for our family of 11. It's a truly unique home that gives you privacy, immediate access to a quiet end of beautiful Coco Beach, is a reasonable walk to downtown, has a great private pool with kid friendly pool toys, and has plenty of room for a larger group to share. The onsite groundskeeper Roberto was very helpful and proactively brought us kids toys for the pool or a fishing pole for the ocean. He was very friendly and was there to help whenever called on. His two small dogs were fun and very kid friendly. It should be noted he doesn't speak English, so be prepared to use a translation app if you don't speak Spanish. Eva the housekeeper (also doesn't speak English) came each day and would cook breakfast during our stay. (It's your choice if you buy supplies and want an in-home breakfast) Also, Sandra, Adriana, and Kevin were great communicating with us before and during our stay.

This was a perfect get away for our group of 10 adults. The beach house was spacious enough for us to feel comfortable without being on top of each other. A large table for gathering and sharing meals. Plenty of shaded areas if you don’t want to be in the sun all day, and a nice pool to relax in if you do. Great location! A short walk from the property to the beach, where we walked in the mornings and enjoyed beautiful sunsets at night. The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook, or you can take a leisurely stroll into town along the beach for some food and entertainment. Ava cooked breakfast in the mornings and made sure we had clean towels and emptied the trash everyday. Roberto and the pups live on the site and take care of property,pool and any other issues that would come up.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this relaxing and well decorated home. The owners clearly love this place and have made it an option for others to create unique memories in their home. The little details and decor, along with the outside space/ beach, were our favorites. Their property team was helpful and attentive too!

The property is meticulously maintained, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay. One of the best features is its prime location. Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself at a beautiful beach, perfect for morning strolls or sunset views. The nearby seafood markets are a delight, offering fresh catches daily that you can enjoy at the local restaurants or cook yourself. Speaking of restaurants, there are plenty of dining options within short distance, catering to all tastes and preferences. Additionally, the area is bustling with activities and attractions. Whether you're into water sports, wildlife viewing, or simply exploring the nature or local culture, there's always something to do.

This is a very nice Tico house. This house is best for those who want to enjoy outdoor living. The pool was nice. The outdoor kitchen was nice. The 7-8 outdoor seating area were nice. There is a cool path right to beach which is just steps away. If you need a large, sealed living room and indoor dining to watch TV this may not be the place for you. But if you enjoy open air during the day and rooms with great AC at night you may love this place like we did. Eva cooked us breakfast every morning. Concierge checked us in. Roberto is the hound keeper and I felt comforted that that people would not wander onto the property.

Location is perfect for kids. Everything you need including groceries is a short walk away. Francisco and Amanda were wonderful and helpful!

Everything was perfect! Our group of eight loved the beach house, we had lots of room and enjoyed the pool and sunsets by the ocean. The care provided by Amanda and Francisco was over the top and we appreciated Kevin’s recommendations and assistance.

This place was great. We stayed at another air bnb before we went here but over all this place was way more what we were looking for. Being right on the beach is great because everyone could do what they wanted when they wanted and we didn't have to drive anywhere. This is a great place to go if you want to have a peaceful and relaxing beach vacation .
