As a mom traveling with five 20 year olds.. And as a half hispanic woman whose mom was born in mexico, we always choose mexico for our family vacation every year.. This year, they decided to add a few friends to the mix... The home itself was absolutely stunning.I have a zero complaints.The air conditioning was amazing..the fact that they had air conditioning in the common spaces is kind of rare..so that was nice... This public van that is used for the neighborhood, was one of the coolest features ever..it's just five dollars per person, and they'll take you anywhere within a ten to fifteen mile radius that was really cool..... They take you to the walmart and just wait for you and not cost any more money, way better than any taxi service... The pool was absolutely beautiful and it was warm and the space itself was very walkable into town. I recommend it..

Incredible stay at this Airbnb. The house felt like home, has an amazing view and garden. We were able to walk to most things including restaurants, the beach, etc. spent a few days at the Waldorf Astoria down the street during the day enjoying the spa and pool. The house is private, we added weekly housekeeping which made it easy and enjoyed the houses pool daily as well.

We loved Pedregal House! Walkable to downtown Cabo! Excection view and was perfect for our group of 5. Alejandra was very accomodating and answered our questions very timely. Looking forward to returning someday! Thank you!

Amazing views, and quiet/safe location! The house was great for my family of 5 plus my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room, the kids enjoyed time in the pool and “rock climbing” behind the house, we walked to the marina and a nearby coffee shop every day, and we had all of the amenities we needed. Several issues arose during our stay, but the host is extremely responsive and considerate.

We were very pleased with our stay at Casa Tepeji. It was a lovely setting, great views and felt very safe. It was a great retreat for my family with plenty of space to allow everyone to hang out or have a bit of private chill time. We utilized the pool every day. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Such a great location with the best view of Cabo. Perfect walking distance to the marina, beach, and downtown. 10/10 would stay again!!!

Pedregal House - Perfect Location within the Gated Community of Pedregal! Plenty of room for our party of five. Private yard with pool and patio is perfect after a day of fishing and or shopping. The view of Marina is incredible from this location! Very easy walk to Marina, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Alejandra was responsive and addressed our needs.
