Fantastic!!! A very good place to stay! Everything was impeccable, beautiful and very comfortable. The photos are exactly as it is in reality. It has everything you need to stay a week or more there. The restaurants in the building are amazing! Very good food and excellent prices. Quite affordable. I recommend the octopus tacos with a margarita cocktail. Laura's attention was exceptional! 100% recommended.

The place is suitable for 4 adults, maybe 6. The building is not located in the Gold Zone but on the waterfront, but you can walk to several restaurants. The pools are 10 out of 10, and the building staff at the bar, restaurants and maintenance are also 10 out of 10. The complex is building something right in front of the unit. Even though it's on the 3rd floor, the noise (from 6:00 am) is something to consider. Sleeping in late or an afternoon of movies and relaxation are impossible right now. We had three maintenance issues that were quickly resolved, which is why we know about the maintenance staff. I would also like to highlight the host's attentiveness: he was always there.

Overall, the place is very nice, spacious and clean. Very comfortable, ideal for a family stay. Great response from the host. We only had one issue. They told me that two towels were missing, as if I or my family had taken them, but that wasn't the case. I hope they improve their inventory when checking in and out of the apartment. This detail ended up ruining the experience a bit.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Terrible service. It takes 1 hour for a simple meal or a drink, and 1 hour to deliver the bill. Waiters with bad attitudes make your stay unpleasant. I had a problem with the pool, and the host didn't resolve it. He just sent a very nice message saying that he couldn't help, that it was a separate matter, even though you pay for the entire apartment, including the pool. The apartment is fine. But since it was under construction, there was a lot of noise.

EVERYTHING in the apartment is excellent. My only comments are about the building. They never had a ping-pong ball, and the paddle tennis court needs maintenance. But above all, what was difficult for us was that although it is pet-friendly, there are no garden spaces for their needs. The pools, restaurant, and furniture were all excellent. The beach is very nice, although due to the season, the tide was a bit strong. Not for everyone.
