Encanto is a tranquil and beautiful retreat designed for relaxation, reconnecting with nature, and enjoying stunning ocean views. This cozy and inviting home offers the perfect setting to unwind and make the most of your well-earned time off.
Located within the exclusive and secure Club Punta Leona, Encanto overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is just a short 5 to 10-minute walk from the pristine white sands of Playa Blanca.
The Space
Encanto is a unique, stylish, and warm house with a captivating ocean view and a distinct personality. Situated in the district of Tárcoles, Garabito County, in the Province of Puntarenas, it is approximately 90 minutes from San José.
The property is surrounded by lush tropical forest and beautiful beaches featuring white sand and emerald-green Pacific waters. The beach is easily accessible on foot.
This home includes a private swimming pool with panoramic views, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Birdwatching enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of colorful birds that visit the area, especially in the morning when their songs are most melodious. You can observe them from the deck or while walking around the property.
Encanto comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The house offers beach house comforts such as:

Guest Access
The house is divided into three sections. Guests have exclusive access to the areas marked with a red star in the photos and blueprints. The other sections will not be rented out during your stay, ensuring you have the entire property to yourself.

- Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and individual air conditioning, plus one full bathroom

Location and Nearby Attractions
- Encanto is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from San José Airport.
- For fishing enthusiasts, Los Sueños Marina is just 20 minutes away. It is a full-service port catering to luxury sport fishing boats and yachts.
- Golf lovers can visit La Iguana Golf Course, featuring 18 championship holes, a 73.4 course rating, par 72, and slope 145. The 6,698-yard Ted Robinson-designed course offers an exceptional golfing experience.
- For dining and nightlife, Jaco is only 25 minutes away.
- Playa Hermosa is also nearby and worth exploring.
Club Punta Leona Information
Encanto is located inside Club Punta Leona. While the club offers exclusive amenities for members only (including parking), Airbnb guests do not have access to these facilities. The community benefits from three security checkpoints and private roads for access.
Mini-markets within the club are open to everyone, and there are numerous excellent restaurants outside the club.
The Club Punta Leona security team requires all residents to provide the full names and identification numbers of all guests using the private roads and passing through security checkpoints. To comply, guests must submit the full names and ID numbers (driver’s license, passport, state ID, or gym ID with a photo) of everyone listed in the reservation before check-in. Copies or images of IDs are not required, only the numbers.

I recommend this place 100%. It's as shown in the photos, and it's very safe. A spectacular view, and as a bonus, you can see several animals nearby. The place has all the amenities. The hosts respond quickly to any questions. It is important to read the rules and instructions before arriving.

Beautiful home surrounded by lots of nature. The view was incredible! The neighbors had 3 bird homes for Scarlet Macaws which made this experience 10x better. The hosts were amazing, responsive and understanding. Overall, the house was well worth the relaxing experience it provides! Future renters: -As others have stated, the country as a whole tends to have power outages and we had three the first day. First one lasted a few hours which was quite inconvenient and the last two were just a few minutes. -The jacuzzi nor the pool is heated which was our fault for not clarifying beforehand. -The house does not have backyard beach access. The walk to the beach is a very steep set of hills, I would recommend renting a golf cart because you can't park your car at the Punta Leona Club beach parking lot nearest to the house. -No AC in living room/kitchen

Thanks to the host I had a great trip. They were proactive in my trip planning before and during my trip. Their house was exactly as described. The views were great and I really had an opportunity to become one with nature. Thanks Carolina and Guillermo, Pura Vida!!!

We enjoyed the house very much. You have to know that the house is a good 15-20 minutes' drive from the club entrance. You should accept this travel time on somewhat bumpy terrain. You will be rewarded with breathtaking views. You should plan 35-40 minutes' drive from the house to the restaurants in Jacó. It was great to live in the middle of nature - iguana chameleons, raccoons, parrots, bats were among our animal roommates. It was an absolute highlight. Carolina and Guillermo were great hosts. Quick and friendly responses. They also know when someone came to clean the pool, for example. We really enjoyed our time there as a family. Pura Vida!

We had overall good stay here. The hosts who were always responsive and helped solve any problems. The house is a newer home and is exactly as in the photos. Its truly beautiful and my family enjoyed staying here. The best part of this stay is that we saw wildlife and macaws flying all around. In fact they man made nest right over the neighbour's house, it was wonderful to see these birds in the wild. If I had one wish for the house, it's that it would benefit from having AC in the kitchen.The punta leon thought is not great, they don't see you as a human being but rather as a walking wallet. You'd need a day pass to eat in restaurants or use the private beach or park. In the public beach, you have to pay $40 a day, We parked outside, but then some "volunteers" took over that and demanded a donation of $10. Last, the neighbour threw a massive party on sat night, blasting light and music to the trees where mcawas live. We watched in horror while these "locals" didn't seem to care.

We had an amazing time. This home is beautiful, just like the photos, but even better in person. The most beautiful view. Recommend getting a rental car from the airport if you want to get around to other areas. Jaco beach was very fun to visit! For another amazing view and very good lunch menu—Hotel Villa Caletas.
