Very nice place, comfortable, close to the kiosk and has a good parking space. Communication was easy and very friendly. The pool is very comfortable, suitable for children and also for adults. It has a good depth, they have board games, a ping pong table, TV and very good internet.

the house was not clean, full of bugs, and the host charged me for damages I did not do. they said we put dents in the table. I agreed to pay for the repair to avoid problems as it was only a bit of sanding and finishing required to fix the table. upon receiving the bill it was an outrageous 400$ cad dollars .they said the whole entire table had to be refinished. I agreed to send 100$ as we did not witness any damages being done, and they were still unhappy with that.

We were with three families in Mauricio's house and had a great time. The tower room is beautiful, the view breathtaking. All rooms were lovingly decorated, there was great Mexican dishes, beautiful details throughout the house, from the pictures on the walls, to the pillows, or vanities. The garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers, a great view, there was something to discover everywhere. The staff Mel, Victoria and Gilberto were extremely accommodating and did a great job. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The accommodation is fine, but I think there are better options in Mali for similar prices (I rented with little notice and on a long weekend). Note that the house is right next to the town's CEMETERY (an issue to consider for some surely). There is not much surveillance or security in the area, rather, it gives the feeling of being somewhat isolated. If you are visiting with family or children, it is better to take precautions.

I really liked the privacy of the property, very quiet, the photos do not do it justice, however there are rooms that if they require more attention from the hosts. It is a beautiful place, you have to be careful with animals that visit the property (spiders, ants and alacranes) Mel's attention was good, she was attentive, the pool is very nice and the temperature of it too. Not centrally located but not far from it.

The house is located in a quiet area and close to the center of Malinalco, they gave us the option of cleaning and cooking service for an extra cost that is worth it
