The Space

This fully renovated 55-square-meter premium penthouse is located on the top floor and features an ocean-view terrace, nearly 10-foot ceilings, and fully opening windows.

The penthouse is situated directly on the beachfront within Condominio Solymar in Cancún’s Hotel Zone, just a 15-minute drive from Cancún International Airport.

The interior includes:

• Walls finished with Chukum, a traditional Mayan material unique to the region and recognized in contemporary Mexican design and architecture
• Furniture crafted from premium wood
• A spacious terrace with panoramic ocean views from the top of the building
• Nearly 10-foot ceilings
• Fully opening windows

In July 2023, Condominio Solymar completed a full renovation of its adult and children’s pools. Improvements included massage pumps and a mini water park for children. Since the condominium was originally built in 1995, additional maintenance work is currently underway to improve the overall guest experience.

Important Information

The condominium has two elevators providing access to the upper floors, but their operation has recently been intermittent. They may occasionally be unavailable. Elevator operation and maintenance are the responsibility of the condominium management.

Access to the penthouse requires passing through several stairway areas, some of which cannot be avoided. Elderly guests and those with mobility difficulties should take these conditions into consideration.

Guests have access to the following Condominio Solymar facilities, which are included with every booking:

The property also has several on-site establishments:

• Buffet restaurant
• Pool bar
• Beach bar
• Convenience store

These establishments are operated by a separate hotel and are not affiliated with us. Access is available for an additional payment made on-site.

Amenities and Services

All essential bathroom and kitchen supplies are provided for every type of stay and for all guests included in the reservation.

Stays of more than four nights include a complimentary room-refresh service.

Standard amenities include:

Emergency inquiries can be handled by phone 24 hours a day, although this service is rarely needed.
