Casita is very comfy and has everything you need. Highly recommend to rent a golf cart to move around!

Had a great experience at Jezlia’s place! It was perfect, we’ll located and beautiful yet private and quiet. Really nice pool just steps of the property surrounded with a tropical landscape and bamboos! Jezlia was very responsive and considerate with our needs. I definitely, recommend Jezlia’s place and I look forward to visit again in the near future.

Divine little house, surrounded by a lot of green so as much as it is hot it is cool! We never used the air, the fans reached. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking as the restaurants inside hacienda iguana are overpriced. Close to the beach, super quiet and enjoyable.

The eco-casitas are amazing and owned/operated by NSR - Nicaragua Surf Report. Book directly through them. They were the ones who took care of us during our stay, checked in with us, helped when we needed more water, and are also who we talked with during check out (you drop the keys off at the NSR office for checkout). Jezlia canceled the first two nights of our booking that was made well in advance less than 24 hours before check-in while we were mid international flight. If we had booked through NSR they would not have done that and we also found out that during those nights other eco-casitas were available. Instead Jezila first reached out to us with a link for us to book and pay more for another place. Despite her canceling we were still charged full price for the stay and left moving mid trip in the Nicaragua heat with luggage and groceries and no person vehicle. It completely destroyed a day of our limited vacation. There was no apology and no offer for assistance for this. Further we had another couple join us for several nights Jezila still charged us an extra $100 for after check out for this. We knew this would be an extra charge but were hoping that it be waived due to the cancellation inconvenience. However Jezilia still had us pay and tried to have us pay her personal PayPal directly instead of air bnb. I thought this was strange as I thought that fee would be more related to the property as a whole... The eco-casitas are five-star worthy, but Jezila canceling on us less than 24 hours greatly stressed our vacation.

We loved our stay at the eco casita. Communication was spot on with Jezlia and she was super accommodating to all our needs. The eco casita felt new, clean and was well appointed. The best part was it was steps away from the pool. We can’t wait to stay here again

Second stay at this Eco-casita. Very spacious, confortable and clean. The community pool is right in front. Great communication and fast responses from host. Will stay again.
