Casa Kidd is a private luxury villa located in Guacalito de la Isla, Nicaragua. Designed by David McLay Kidd, the visionary behind Guacalito’s renowned golf course, the villa offers breathtaking ocean views and a beach-entry infinity pool overlooking a beautiful bay.

The property spans 5,000 square feet and includes three separate luxury casitas, a staff area with private facilities, and access to a professional golf course designed by David McLay Kidd. It provides an ideal setting for both relaxation and adventure.

Casa Kidd is situated within the exclusive gated community of Guacalito de la Isla on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. It is just a 6-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) from Guacalito Beach and the well-regarded Casa Mariposa restaurant, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Additional Information

Guests must provide a complete list of all visitors along with valid identification during the booking process, as the villa is located within a gated community. This information will be submitted to the community’s main gate. All guests are required to present their valid IDs upon arrival for entry.
