It is a huge house, with excellent service from the house manager, very large spaces, you have an amazing time with your family or friends! It's worth every peso you spend :)

Large gathering spaces on property. Nice landscaping. Located in center of town. Walking distance to Zocalo, 1 mile to Chapultepec Park, 15 min walk to Las Mañanitas.

The house is very nice and has tons of interesting historical features and PLENTY of space. The on-site housekeeper is very friendly and does a great job. Check-in was easy. Plenty of “supplies” as far as dishes, towels, bathroom supplies, etc. Host was slow to respond to inquiries. Be aware they do NOT provide drinking water so just plan to buy some as soon as you get there. You will not be given a key and have to alter the on-site housekeeper if you are leaving (so the gate can be closed behind you) and have to ring the bell to be let back in. It’s right in City Center so you’re in easy walking distance to everything. That also means it isn’t quiet on the weekends but that’s just part of the experience. The jacuzzi DOES NOT work. The jets aren’t functioning and there is no circulating filter. This was not disclosed to until we asked several times and after the host had asked us if we were planning to use it (there’s an extra fee for heating it - which is very minimal - and you need about 8 hours of lead time to get the water up to temperature). We found it fun and interesting but it’s worth noting there are three cats on the property. Two will come in and out of the house at will. We had no problem with this but good to be aware if you have allergies. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Casa Galeana. Yeimi (the housekeeper) made our stay so special. She was so helpful and sweet! We even invited her to hang out with us because she was such a pleasure to be with. The house is big and beautifully decorated. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi heated and it was worth it! The garden is lovely and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The location is perfect. One block from restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and about 2 blocks from the central bus station. We will be back and we will definitely stay here again to see our beloved Yeimi! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our 3 days here!

It is located a few steps from the main square. Very good location. The house is very spacious and its garden too. It is a very Mexican and very nice style. The cleanliness and attention of the person in charge was perfect. I recommend it 100% and I want to travel again.
