Majestic Heights está distribuida en seis niveles:
- Primer nivel: Habitación 1 con una cama tamaño king, una pequeña sala de estar, un escritorio y un baño completo.
- Segundo nivel: Espectacular área de doble altura con vestíbulo, sala de estar, televisor inteligente de 60 pulgadas, comedor con una mesa rectangular de madera para 10 personas, cocina totalmente equipada de la prestigiosa marca Quetzal y medio baño. La cocina incluye:

- Fregadero
- Tercer nivel: Área de trabajo y Habitación 2 con una cama tamaño king, amplio vestidor, baño completo y terraza interior con una mesa pequeña para cuatro personas.
- Cuarto nivel: Habitación 3 con una cama matrimonial, amplio vestidor y baño completo. La Habitación 4 incluye dos camas matrimoniales y un armario.
- Quinto nivel: Habitación 5 con dos camas matrimoniales y un baño completo con ducha y bañera.
- Sexto nivel: Terraza en la azotea con una mesa para 12 personas, sala exterior para cuatro personas, mesa de centro, parrilla y fregadero grande.

This place is stunning and honestly a work of art. Great location in La Condesa. It was perfect for a group of 8 to have privacy. Be comfortable with stairs as it is pretty much a different bedroom on each floor with 6 floors of access. Check in was easy and the only issue is we had some loud neighbors during the first part of our stay. We also had to reach out for more towels and toiletries since some bathrooms were missing items but the team was responsive in dropping things off for us. They do not have hair conditioner so bring that if you can’t go on with your day without it, lol. Extra mention: their dryer takes a long time to dry items so keep that in mind if you want to wash anything on the first “basement” floor. Also, thank you for holding onto our luggage before leaving for the airport! Overall, this was a great home to celebrate my 40th in CDMX with my closest friends!

My friends and I had a great time staying at Dave and Nats. They were extremely communicative and made sure we were good the whole time. The space is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Just beware there are a lot of stairs!

This was a great place for our group of 13 women! Spacious, clean and had all the amenities. Everything was walkable, food was great. The host was phenomenal and gave easy to follow direction. Host was super responsive and made us feel very comfortable. Loved the option of early luggage drop off as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others and stay again in the future.

The truth is that we had several issues. One of the rooms is in the basement and smells very musty. The bathrooms smelled bad. We hired the cleaning service for three days, and they never came. One day, a lady was sent by the hosts.

Perfect location and set up for a group of nine girls! It’s basically a vertical mansion so prepare for the stairs but there are plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. There are cute cafés right next to the Airbnb and we were a 15 minute walk from Chapultepec castle. Roma Norte was a quick uber ride (7-10 mins). The hosts are also very responsive and friendly! We stored our bags before/after check in/out to get extra time exploring, and they brought us a bottle of wine for our private chef dinner night. 10/10 recommend this place for your friend group’s next big trip!

We absolutely loved our stay!! Dave and Nat were great hosts - very communicative, kind and flexible. Our group had been at an Airbnb in CDMX that was extremely misleading so we ended up leaving our original Airbnb to stay at Dave and Nat’s and it was the best decision of the trip. Everyone had their own space, the place is fully equipped, such cool design, high ceilings, really lovely rooftop terrace and everything was squeaky clean. Highly recommend this spot for anyone, but particularly groups (it’s a big home!). The only slight downside was the WiFi was slightly inconsistent, but not a big deal as we were out and about most of the days and nights anyway. Also the neighborhood is absolutely charming - so many great restaurants, cafes and shops. Would love to return to CDMX and stay at Dave and Nat’s again.
