The property is very beautiful aesthetically, and one of its strengths is definitely the location: it is a stone's throw from the beach of Santa Teresa, in an area surrounded by nature and really pleasant. Unfortunately, however, during our 5-day stay, we encountered several issues related to cleaning and management. The towels were never changed throughout the duration of our stay and, moreover, we only had one each, which we found inadequate for 5 days. The sheets also smelled bad. In the kitchen area, we also found some dead cockroaches and also some live ones. We understand that, since it is a property surrounded by nature, the presence of insects may be partly predictable; however, finding dead cockroaches inside the house made us think that the cleaning had not been done properly. Another negative aspect was the owner's poor responsiveness

Lovely place to stay In the perfect location in Santa Teresa, close to lovely cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the supermarket and the beach!!! The apartment was perfect with everything we needed, a bit noisy between the apartments with other guests but nothing to complain about! I would highly recommend this place and will likely return in the future☀️

I loved the place! It is clean and cozy. You can walk everywhere and really don’t need to drive at all. Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops are next door. We’ll be back again. :)

We had an all-around perfect stay! The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and designed with a lot of love for detail. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace – the perfect place to start the day with a coffee. We were also able to see howler monkeys, iguanas and lots of birds from the terrace :) Also particularly noteworthy are the excellent parking options directly at the property and the central location. Everything important was quickly and easily accessible. We would book this Airbnb again anytime.

Awesome place to stay. I loved the Hammock. The place was very clean with a decent kitchen set up, no seasonings or anything. Very close to the beach, less than 5 minute walk. Bathroom was clean. I didn't encounter any bugs which is awesome. The parking area is a little tight.
