Sebastian was an excellent host with great communication. The house was exactly as expected, and the staff were outstanding. Everything went smoothly, and the thoughtful welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful location and pristine facility. We were a family of 11 with two toddlers and truly enjoyed our time at Casa Hidalgo. Erika, Julio, Jerson and Yairis always made us feel at home and tended to every need. The highlights for us were the accommodations, service, breakfast, rooftop area / pool which was great for kids as well as lounging! We had a bbq on our last day catered by the staff which was amazing. A great way to end the trip. Last but not least, thank you Sebastian for always being so responsive and making sure the crib was setup in our room. I hope to return next year and make Casa Del Hidalgo part of an annual family tradition. Thank you again

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The house has the old charm of its 1700s origins but has been newly renovated to function perfectly. From hot water and drainage to lighting and music, everything has been updated to modern-day luxury. They also had amazing staff who took excellent care of us. Erica, Julio, and Yaidy went shopping for all our breakfast needs and made the best breakfasts ever. They were very kind and helped us with anything we needed. Rafa was on at night, and he was an amazing host! He speaks perfect English, sent us to all the best locations, and was extremely friendly. A big shoutout to him; without him, our trip wouldn’t have been as good. The house is right in the middle of the action and close to all the sightseeing locations. You will not be disappointed with this house at all. It almost feels like your own personal luxury hotel. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great house staff including Rafa. Really helpful and looked after laundry and cleaning. Pool deck was great and the host was responsive. Had an air conditioning issue that was fixed within a day in one room. We would go back. Very central location in the old city.

Great house in a perfect location in Cartagena. The staff was extremely friendly and very focused on making us feel at home. They spoiled us very nicely and we were very appreciative of their kindness. The house is the perfect house for groups of 7-14 (depending on whether significant others are included) and is conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants and nightclubs. The outdoor pool and bar on the roof is a great place for parties and dancing. This is the perfect house for large groups!

Staying in the heart of the Walled City was the perfect choice. The entire staff, Rafi and the maids went above and beyond, offering personalized recommendations for local gems like hidden rooftop bars and cozy cafes serving the best Colombian coffee. The proximity to iconic sites like the Clock Tower Gate and San Felipe de Barajas Castle made exploring effortless, and we loved wandering the cobblestone streets, soaking in the history and culture. Amazing home with an even better staff! I’ve had many stays in Colombia and this place by far is one of the best I’ve stayed. The evening house concierge, Rafa, is THE BEST!!!! Rafa alone goes above and beyond to ensure you have a delightful stay. Great communication by host. 12/10 experience!

Our stay at Casa Del Hidalgo in the Walled City was nothing short of exceptional. The location, the house, and the staff were all amazing. If I could, I would bring Ingrid back to Texas with me to cook my breakfast every day! My uncle spent a couple of nights hanging out with Rafa, our night security. Rafa was always very accommodating and willingly walked with him wherever he wanted to go. Additionally, he spoke perfect English, which was incredibly helpful. I sent a grocery list prior to our arrival, and everything we requested was there when we checked in. The host was consistently responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. My family and I were very impressed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The place was spotless—you could tell how much care goes into maintaining it. The staff were not only friendly but clearly take pride in keeping everything perfectly clean and welcoming. Jefferson’s help was greatly appreciated! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed while still feeling private and relaxing. It honestly made my trip so much smoother. I’m already planning to book this Airbnb again in the very near future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept, and conveniently located stay!
