Myself and guest celebrated birthdays in San Pedro, Belize. Our stay at Conch Shell & Mistico Beach Villas was amazing. It was picture perfect; looks exactly as shown. Our host responded quickly to all needs. I would definitely recommend this property for 5 plus quest. It’s a beautiful home away from home.

Great Location, Beautiful Home. The pool club food was VERY Good & affordable. Check out the Sanctuary Spa As Well. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the services.

The house is beautiful and well appointed. The staff was extremely quick and responsive-even late and early-when there was a problem they responded immediately through the Airbnb messaging and got someone out there within an hour at 8pm. A few complaints: 1) it is quite far from town (only 15-20 minutes but somewhat of a hassle given the annoyance of driving the golf carts on bumpy roads) 2) the amenities of “resort” is way overstated. There’s a small pool area, a coffee shop (which was terrible, rude, and incredibly slow service fyi-you’ll get your coffee faster going all the way into town), and a couple of restaurants that did not appear open at all, 3)The roads are unpaved and it all just seems incomplete-other than the houses. The house was amazing for the 7 of us but it should be noted that the loft area with two double beds is not private at all (it’s an open loft to the main room) and one of the king beds is in a separate little space that you have to walk outside to get to.

We had an amazing girls’ trip and absolutely loved our stay! The home was comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. The location was great, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We made so many wonderful memories here and would definitely book again.
