Steps to the beach and community beach club with resort style pool, swim up bar/restaurant and spa. Our home has an incredible roof top terrace with views of the ocean, sunset and mountains. Sip your morning coffee and wave check as macaws fly by, or enjoy a cocktail and game of pool as the sun sets. The space This home has been filled with so much love from beautiful, comfortable bedding, to locally made macramé and art. The private outdoor space boasts for a relaxing setting after returning from any adventure. The beach club also provides the best food in town paired with hand crafted cocktails, all with fresh ingredients if your wish to stay close to home and forgo the cooking. Guest access The entire home and fully private outdoor space are yours to enjoy! Other things to note Optional housekeeping is available for an added fee as is a rental vehicle. We have a 7 seater Toyota foretuner and a 4 seater talan available for additional rent with a refundable damage deposit.

We loved staying at Brianna's place! This was our 9th time staying in Hermosa Palms and it was our favorite house. The pool is wonderful, very private, so inviting, and with plenty of pool toys for the kids! Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, AC works great. Although the living/dining area by the kitchen is small, the kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor space more than makes up for it, as there is a large dining table outside. They have plenty of beach towels, a nice music speaker, subscriptions to steaming platforms, good wifi, enough toilet paper - all the details! The rooftop lounge area is also amazing - you can play pool at night and check the surf conditions right from the roof in the morning. There is a large book with all kinds of advice on the local area. Brianna is super responsive and Flor the caretaker who was there is so sweet and helpful. Overall a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Couldnt recommend this house more. stayed here with our 22 month old daughter and she loved the pool toys and splashing on the sun shelf in the pool and being so close to the beach. the home is a 3 min walk to a private community pool and the beach. There is an excellent bar and restaurant at the community pool that is extremely convenient and some of the best food we had on our trip. Owners live next door but were extremely respectful of our space and exceedingly responsive to any questions we had. they have exceptional recommendations for the area. it was only a benefit to have them near.

Host was amazing and helpful. Property manager on site was also a delight. Location was nice. I wish the house would have been on the beach vs. a block away. That’s the only thing that would have made this place better. Would go back here.
