There was a problem with the A/C, but the host couldn't fix it because it was a holiday. Otherwise, this is my second time staying here and I love the place and its amenities.

Beatriz place was very beautiful. the pictures really didn't do it Justice! the kitchen had a beautiful big island. we were all able to sit around, eat and creat some beautiful memorias. we all enjoyed the pool and wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy the house a little more. Its in a great location. Las Catalinas, flamingo, and conchal were the beaches we visited and were all fairly close. Many grocery stores near by and restaurant. I will be recommending this house to my family that lives in costa rica and will use it for our future travel.

The house is very beautiful, super well equipped, we loved the location very close to supermarkets and beaches. Beatriz is very friendly and helpful.

Despite the inconvenience with the pool cleaning (in the end we were able to use it), everything was wonderful and the communication was excellent. Thank you for everything!!

The place is very close by car to all the famous beaches in the area, it is private and excellent for families or a group of friends. It has all the amenities, it's not in a luxurious area but it's very safe to stay there. The surrounding area is not so pretty, but the property itself is wonderful. There are several supermarkets near by. Good air conditioning and everything to cook with family and friends.
