The apartment is nice, modern and as shown in the photos. The pool is downstairs. It's very nice, has seating space and a grill, and they give you a key to access it. They also provide bath and beach towels, and if you have babies, you can request a crib. The location is very good, close to Ahorra Más and about 10 minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur. Things to consider: It's on the third floor, and you have to climb two flights of stairs. The air conditioner in the living room works very well, but there is a daily limit on energy consumption, and any excess is charged. When cooking, since the kitchen is in the living room, we recommend turning off the air conditioning and opening the balcony door to ventilate. It's also a good idea to bring basic items like salt, sugar, and oil. Overall, a quiet, comfortable place that is highly recommended.

Great stay at the apartment. Spotless apartment felt at home as soon as we arrived. Great communication with guests. 100% worth the price, would definitely recommend choosing this apartment if you are visiting san juan del sur

Our stay was too good. The accommodation is located in a central area, very clean, spacious, perfect for a group of 4. The person in charge of the apartment was attentive before our arrival. If we go back, we will definitely stay here again! 10/10.

We had a great experience. The place is very comfortable, cozy and spacious; everything was very clean and in perfect condition. It has all the necessary cooking utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It's definitely a place I highly recommend and would gladly return to. We felt right at home!

We had a great stay. The place was really beautiful and a pretty good location to get to everything. We really enjoyed the pool as well. I felt bad because we arrived later than expected and didn’t have any way to communicate that, but we checked in with no issues at all.
