The Space

Casa Colina is a short 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The house features some of the best views in town and includes an amazing infinity pool. It is ideal for surfers, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and large groups. The house has a solar backup system, ensuring you will never be without power.

The open-air living environment has a floor plan that flows onto the front veranda through four custom-built wooden glass doors, which do not obstruct the views of San Juan del Sur Bay, the quaint town, and the surrounding jungle. You can expect to hear a wide variety of birds and the occasional howler monkey.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to all of the amenities, including the infinity pool and a private stone deck with a tropical outdoor dining area.

Location

The infinity pool, arguably with one of the best views of San Juan del Sur, is considered shared but is only shared with the adjacent house. It is rare to find yourself sharing it with others. Due to the terracing, and the other house being below ours, anyone staying there cannot see into any of our spaces and vice versa. The pool is located behind the other house but adjacent to ours.

Additional Information

1. 30 kWh of energy is included daily, which is sufficient for using air conditioning at night and fans during the day. There is an additional fee for any usage above the included amount.
2. The casa has an extra bedroom with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom, which is locked and not in use. If needed, it can be opened up for an additional fee.
3. All staff, kept to an absolute minimum, wear masks and gloves and are well educated in COVID-19 prevention. The house is completely sanitized after each stay, and the utmost care is given to ensure all guests' health and safety.
