The Space
Casa Colina is a short 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The house features some of the best views in town and includes an amazing infinity pool. It is ideal for surfers, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and large groups. The house has a solar backup system, ensuring you will never be without power.
The open-air living environment has a floor plan that flows onto the front veranda through four custom-built wooden glass doors, which do not obstruct the views of San Juan del Sur Bay, the quaint town, and the surrounding jungle. You can expect to hear a wide variety of birds and the occasional howler monkey.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all of the amenities, including the infinity pool and a private stone deck with a tropical outdoor dining area.
Location
The infinity pool, arguably with one of the best views of San Juan del Sur, is considered shared but is only shared with the adjacent house. It is rare to find yourself sharing it with others. Due to the terracing, and the other house being below ours, anyone staying there cannot see into any of our spaces and vice versa. The pool is located behind the other house but adjacent to ours.
Additional Information
- 30 kWh of energy is included daily, which is sufficient for using air conditioning at night and fans during the day. There is an additional fee for any usage above the included amount.
- The casa has an extra bedroom with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom, which is locked and not in use. If needed, it can be opened up for an additional fee.
- All staff, kept to an absolute minimum, wear masks and gloves and are well educated in COVID-19 prevention. The house is completely sanitized after each stay, and the utmost care is given to ensure all guests' health and safety.

This place is a 10/10. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. Such a beautiful earthy home and the infinity pool with the view is just fabulous. Exceeds the photos. Definitely the highlight of our trip. I could not recommend this place more!

We loved our stay! The house, pool and view are all amazing. We slept very comfortably with the bedroom AC. Towe is super quick to respond. We took the advice of other guests and hired Katalina to cook two dinners. Both meals were absolutely delicious and she is the sweetest. Highly recommend!

The most gorgeous Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice. The hill does suck if you can get an atv or moped get it. But the place is worth it either way. The open layout and large porch with hammocks makes everything feel airy. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in San Juan.

This place was amazing, one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The setting is beautiful and the house is even better than the pics. We loved sitting on the veranda and hanging in the pool. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful home, beautiful location and views! Towe is a great host and Katalina was friendly and helpful at check in. Safe location, as is much of Nica! 4x4 car is recommended for getting around the country and to beaches. Guidebook provided by Towe was spot on and did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to Towe’s home!!
