Location
Tiny Pod 1 is situated in the center of North Guiones Town, just a five-minute walk from the beach. There are two routes to reach the shore:
- A private, natural trail through the national park, which may be less accessible during the rainy season.
- A public path leading to the main beach entrance and popular surfing spots.
The pod is surrounded by restaurants, local shops, and natural scenery, making a car unnecessary. This location is perfect for adventurers, digital nomads, or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat immersed in nature.
The Space

Tiny Pod features:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- An indoor full bathroom with all necessary amenities
- Ample storage space
- A queen-sized bedroom with large windows that let in plenty of natural light
At night, you can lower the blinds for privacy or to stay cozy in bed.
Outside
The property spans 3,500 square meters, offering a rich natural environment. Wildlife such as howler monkeys, squirrels, iguanas, and various bird species are commonly seen, encouraging guests to spend hours outdoors.
If you are interested in surfing or planning to learn, this location is ideal. It is close to some of Costa Rica’s best waves. You can bring your own surfboard or rent one from the numerous surf shops in Guiones Town.
Guest Access
Guests have access to a natural back trail leading to Guiones Beach. This path runs through the national park and is surrounded by abundant nature. During the rainy season, the trail can become muddy, adding a bit of adventure to your walk.

Third time staying at Adrian and Maripaula’s tiny home. It was a magical stay - a private little oasis steps from the beach, restaurants and convenience store near by. Property is very tranquil and secure. Having a mini kitchen was a great touch as was the AC. Adrian and Maripaula are highly responsive and experienced hosts who know the neighborhood very well. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe the entire time. I am definitely returning and I do recommend!

My stay at Tiny Pods was truly wonderful. It was the perfect size and set up for me as a solo traveler. The location could not have been better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this place 10/10 and would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much Adrian and Maripaula. Can't wait to be back!

La Tiny es tal cual la describen. Está bien equipada y es linda la zona donde está colocada. Para corregir, la ducha está evidentemente tapada por el sarro u otra cosa, sale un chorro muy pobre. Deberían revisar los productos de limpieza porque había un olor demasiado fuerte a uno de ellos. El día que me aloje, a las 5 AM obreros de una obra que está enfrente de la Tiny empezaron a trabajar y ya no pude dormir más. Este tipo de cuestiones estaría bueno sean comunicadas y al menos sugerir tapones para oídos o algo del estilo. El descanso es importante. Una lástima xq en general cumple la Tiny.
