Overall we liked the place. My family of 12 got the entire place. We liked that we all had our own space. The only thing we didn't like was that the boat room didn't have window curtains so there was no privacy, especially since the shower is glass and fully open.

Great place to stay with large groups. Everyone can have their own space. There was an issue with the water but it was promptly fixed. We did run into cold water showers a few times. Hopefully they can get that fixed in the future and we’ll be back!

Nook Azul is a perfect place for large groups. Plenty of rooms and beds. A nice courtyard. A quick Uber to downtown. Plus a sweet Boat.

It was such a pretty and cozy house. It was perfect for all the family.

Nook Azul was a great place to stay for our large group. It was just as listed. Patricia was super responsive and got us what we needed. Some small issues that were dealt with promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

My group loved our stay! I’ve never found a cuter place and the location was perfect. Walks to downtown weren’t bad and ubers were cheap. LOVED!

Great home for big groups, tons of space for everyone to sleep. We had a group of 12 and comfortably fit. Very quiet neighborhood, not much to see walkable distance but a sort ride away yes. I would say if you sleep in the boat, to be aware of the loud constant banging of the sail. Overall a great place to stay!

Great stay! This place made our large group feel welcome in Cabo! Very unique which is why it was amazing. This beats an all inclusive resort by a long shot!

Absolutely loved staying at nook azul. We were a total of 14 people (mostly couples) so the casitas and the boat were perfect to keep privacy but the garden area was ideal when we would hangout altogether. The AC worked well in each room and it was a bonus that everyone had their own shower. My only takeaway based on the reviews and having stayed there is I wouldn’t exactly consider it walking distance to downtown due to the roundabouts and uphill nature of the streets leading to the house, HOWEVER the Ubers were never more than 5 minutes away and it was around $3-4 usd per ride to the marina. Super affordable and convenient. The place itself is very clean, well maintained and absolutely beautiful. No doubt you’ll enjoy the unique touches throughout. Haira was also very communicative and helpful in offering round trip airport transportation. It was a pleasant Airbnb stay and I’d recommend it to large families/groups, this is a gem in Cabo.

Great location and close to downtown and restaurants!

Very unique place to stay, especially in Cabo. Perfect for groups! Clean, maintained and very helpful team of people. Pretty quiet area (some dogs, street noise but nothing like the entertainment areas) and a nice variety of places in easy walking distance (Luna Italiana, Casa Martin and Lavette 93 were favorites, plus of course the convenient Danan and OXXO for essentials). Suggest brining eye masks for sleeping to help with light in rooms, and white noise or ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Super comfortable beds and sheets! Bring your own beach towels. No real kitchen facility (i.e. oven/range) in any unit and not much in the way of kitchenware, so plan to eat out mostly. Great convenience with bottled water provided to fill from. Beach club is great for massages, but no extra access or discount for being a Nook Azul guest (believe that was mentioned at one time). Overall a lovely place, cool experience and would recommend.

Top notch AirBnB experience!

The house is beautiful. All the rooms have they’re own bathroom, AC, and little kitchens in them. The boat is also a fully functioning room which may be hard to tell by the pictures. About a 1 mile walk from Squid Roe. Our group would usually walk there and then taxi back (about $3 a person). The host was great and was always quick to reply with any questions we had. Definitely recommend for big groups especially if you have some couples.

You MUST stay here! Walking distance to downtown but not too close to all the bar noise. We rented out the whole place. There are six separate units so it's great for a big group, especially if there are couples in your group. There are multiple kitchens and each unit has its own bathroom/shower, etc. The airbnb is absolutely beautiful. The converted sailboat room is a super fun concept too. All rooms have AC. Juan and Haira were excellent hosts and very responsive. They also helped us get taxis and provided us with information about good restaurants and bars/clubs. Thank you for having us!

The location was perfect! We were here for a paddling race, and the place fit our whole team. Communication between us and the hosts was great! They always answered right away if we needed something.

They also arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and also a taco dinner one night! We would definitely stay again!

The house was everything we could have expected! We had a great time! It was large, colorful and just like described! If you are looking for a unique experience - rent this house or the Casitas. The property is well taken care of and it is a great place for gathering. Juan and Sergio are extremely helpful and Haira is amazing with communication and answering all your questions. Very flexible. Getting in and out of the property is very easy with key codes and key box so check in was easy. This location is a little off the beaten path and up on a hill, so please know that you will be taking ubers or walking. Our large crew walked almost every time - about 25 minutes to the far side of town (El Medano Beach) but a short, affordable uber to the pier (~5 to ~8 min). Take care on the sidewalks as you walk. Also be sure to get a massage at the Beach Bar! Very affordable and EXCELLENT. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place! We rented the whole complex and it was perfect. Definitely some of the best hosts we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. 10/10 would stay again. Beautiful place and walking distance to everything.

Nook Azul is truly a unique place in Cabo. As someone who travelled in a large group, I can say that Nook Azul was perfect for us. It allows you to have your own private location, but also a large space where everyone can be comfortable. Everyone in the group really enjoyed the location.

Awesome stay! My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party and it was perfect. The airbnb itself had enough rooms for the 12 of us, an open space to hang out all together, was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed on site (including drinking water). The owners and staff that help run the airbnb were very responsive and did their best to make sure we had a great stay, had appropriate travel arrangements, and made check-in and check-out easy. The location was ideal (a short walk or drive to restaurants) and we felt that it was also safe and secure. If you're looking for a great place to stay, look no further. Highly recommend!

A very unique experience that was thoroughly enjoyed by all 16 in our group. The common area was a great gathering place for our large group.

There is some street noise which is only a problem at night, but we found by closing the windows and turning on the AC units you could pretty much eliminate that issue.

Conveniently located, downtown is within easy walking distance, or a $2 Uber ride.

If you are looking for a fancy resort experience, this is not the place, but if you would enjoy something a little more authentic that is clean, a great value and has attentive hosts, then Nook Azul is your place!
