Great place! The pool area is lovely, the views are nice, and it’s a 5 minute drive into town. Great place overall.

The residence was aesthetically pleasing. However, it presented a notable issue with insects, including spiders and a particularly alarming encounter with a scorpion.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Margarita! Paul’s home was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. It was also conveniently located close to San Juan del Sur’s city center while still feeling safe and peaceful. The Airbnb had all of the amenities we needed for our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Alfredo, the property manager, was extremely responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time there. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the rooms are as shown in the pictures, and the living area is spacious. The best part was the outdoor area with the beautiful sea view. We would definitely visit again! (You definitely need a car, but then you can get to the center of San Juan and the other beaches quickly.)

Amazing house with an amazing view. Franklin the person in charge was the cherry on top we got an amazing service, he was extremely easy to gel a hold of gave us great tips on where to go and was always a phone call away, we would love to return soon.

Had an amazing stay at this house in San Juan del Sur! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. Franklin was incredible during check-in, honestly can't thank him enough. Our car didn't make it up the hill, and without missing a beat, Franklin found us a new rental car, drove us up to the house himself, and let us leave our car at the office while we waited. Zero stress, completely handled. That kind of service is rare and made the whole trip. One tip for future guests: make sure you have a big truck or 4x4 to get up to the house while they fix the road. 10/10 would stay again!
