Aracari Villa is a contemporary two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat set within the rainforest canopy of the private gated community of Manuel Antonio Estates. This peaceful getaway combines style, comfort, and nature, making it ideal for two couples or a small family.
Large windows showcase lush jungle views, while the terrace provides refreshing breezes, opportunities for wildlife observation, and a serene spot to unwind after exploring nearby beaches and parks.
The villa offers two air-conditioned bedrooms with king-sized beds and two full bathrooms. A private outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off after a day of adventure. Inside, you will find a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, luxurious memory foam mattresses, and thoughtful details designed for your comfort.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for guest use. Housekeeping services can be arranged upon request.

Location and Access
Aracari Villa is situated at the top of a short, steep driveway. An SUV or 4Ă—4 vehicle is recommended for easy access. Sedans can reach the villa with sufficient momentum and an experienced driver.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay.
Wildlife and Environment
The villa is surrounded by rainforest, ensuring frequent visits from wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, toucans, and macaws. While all windows are screened, occasional insects may enter the villa.
Please note that if insects or geckos are a concern for any member of your group, Costa Rica might not be the ideal destination.
Rates and Policies
- Rates are based on occupancy, with the base rate covering 1–2 guests
- An additional fee of $25 plus tax per night applies for each extra guest (third and fourth guests)

Great place to stay. Close enough to everything in town yet secluded enough to be at peace. Pool was great to come back to at end of the day. And the sounds of howler monkeys was exciting. Would definitely come back! Pura Vida!

The home is just as it's described. It's nestled back in the jungle, making it private and peaceful, yet close to Quepos. As a host myself, I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness of the host team. Everyone from the team, to security, and maintenance was friendly and always had a smile! The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathrooms are large and nicely appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. As other reviewers have noted- there is no aircon in the main area. You can easily remedy this by leaving both air conditioners on in the bedrooms and running all ceiling fans. The home is situated, like most homes, up a steep driveway. I had no issues getting up and down it, with 4x4; or a power walk, which is a great calf, quad, and glut workout🥰 Yes, packing practical shoes (not just cheap flip flops are advised) I had great traction with my chaco’s and even my OluKais(both outside by the pool and walking up the hill). Magica!! The home is amazing!

This is a beautiful place, surrounded by wonderful lush, tropical gardens. The private Pool is delightful because it was the wet season. However, the road leading up to the villa is very steep and very slippery. So you need to be careful when driving. I attempted to walk down the hill, and in fact, I fell on a slippery sport. Totally my fault. I should’ve taken the car instead, but we were not prepared for that in the description, there was no mention of the status of that hill, or what that would be like in the wet season.

We had a wonderful stay! Julio’s place is beautiful, and he was super helpful and responsive with local recommendations and helpful tips. The pool was nice to have and it was very convenient to get to all of our activities nearby. I would also recommend 4 wheel drive as the hill to the place is a little steep, but we didn’t have an issue with it. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a really nice stay at Julio’s place. The accommodations were exactly as described. The driveway was a little challenging so a 4x4 is definitely recommended. The location was very close to Manuel Antonio where there are a lot of great restaurants and beautiful beaches.

The place was absolutely stunning! The layout was so accommodating for (2) separate large sized bedrooms w/ private bathrooms and terraces. The private pool and furniture were so peaceful and relaxing. The concierge team and Security were accessible at all times. We loved this place so much, we would seek it again for our next visit, which was amazing!

My stay at Julio’s Airbnb in Quepos was excellent. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Quepos and Manuel Antonio, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Julio was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions I had during my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.

Wonderfull appartment, wonderfull place. We had a problem while doing check-in (other people were checked-in in the appartment that we rented), but it was solved quickly and as a reward we got 1 more extra night in the appartment. Viviana, manager, was so professional and kind, thank you!!! It was great possibility to see toucanos, great swimming pool, privacy, trees and plants around. We felt like home, dreaming to return.
