Casa del Mar es una hermosa casa recién remodelada con 3 habitaciones y 3.5 baños, ubicada en el extremo norte de Playa Guasacate. Está a solo unos pasos de la playa y cuenta con:

- Terraza en el tercer nivel
- Piscina privada
La casa está decorada con pisos de terracota, muebles de madera, hermosos detalles en azulejos de Granada y encimeras de concreto pulido.
Distribución
En la planta baja se encuentran la cocina, el comedor, la sala y la habitación principal con baño privado, además de un medio baño para invitados. La sala tiene un gran sofá en forma de L y un televisor inteligente.
La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar, y también se ofrecen paquetes de comidas bajo petición por un costo adicional.
Todas las habitaciones y la sala cuentan con aire acondicionado; si decide usar el aire acondicionado en la sala, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $30 por día.
En el segundo piso hay dos habitaciones adicionales, cada una con su propio baño privado; una tiene una cama queen y la otra dos camas matrimoniales.
Además, hay un amplio patio en la parte trasera de la casa y una escalera de caracol que conduce a la terraza en el tercer nivel, ideal para observar las olas o contemplar el hermoso cielo nocturno.
Acceso y ubicación

Karina's place is a wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway. The house is spacious, the pool offers a great respite from the sun, and it is truly a stone's throw to the beach. The location is ideal for those seeking privacy and quiet, but also within close driving distance to Popoyo and Santana's beaches and food and drink spots. You can also easily walk from the house on the beach or road to a handful of Guasacate bars and restaurants (20+ minutes on foot). Karina was very helpful in arranging transportation and getting supplies we asked for. Communication was clear and attentive throughout. Hope to be back one day soon!

Karina’s place is a great place to get away. We’ve been there multiple times and love it. Steps from the beach. The beach is amazing here. Close to restaurants and surfing if that’s what you like. The house is well stocked and clean. Karina communicates well and responds quickly. Would recommend Karina’s place.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is perfectly located just steps from the sea and gorgeous beach, but there is a refreshing private pool that our family also enjoyed. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals, but we also visited a local pizza place and cafe. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. Perfect place for a family vacation.

The house is as described in the listing, and even better. The location is extremely peaceful and safe, just a few steps from the beach. The whole house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing family time. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Will be definitely coming back!

Karina was awesome to say the least. She always responded to any questions we had quickly and had so much insight on things to do and places to eat. The house was nice and comfortable for our family and came equipped with pretty much everything we needed. I can’t wait for our next trip back. We will definitely be booking with Karina again.
