This is the 2nd time we stay here and Marina's place exceeds any expectations. She is a great host. Her place is impeccable. It has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. She is super kind. The views are breath-taking. Her beds are perfect. The location is perfect too. Marina is always attentive to every detail and every need of her guests. The privacy is incredible, in a calm sea and overlooking Isla Mujeres. I highly recommend this place. It is worth every penny. Gracias Marina! We'll come back soon.

Had a wonderful stay with Marina! The place was literally on the beach and had a pool we had mostly to ourselves. Marina gave us lots of recommendations from places to eat and visit and checked on us throughout the trip. It’s in walking distance to the ferry to visit Isla Mujeres. Bus line is also very close which we took multiple times to get food and enjoy the fun areas!

Marina was a great host!!! The place is very private and you have access to a beautiful view of the beach in the back room. The place has a security guard at the front entrance 24 hrs. You have access to a Oxxxo(7-11), pharmacy, taxis, ferry (Isla mujeres), and playa tortugas walking distance. Coco bongo and the other popular clubs are only 2 miles (Uber). Will definitely stay again.

Lo Bueno: excelente piscina, larga para nadar con comodidad. La piscina está junto a la playa. Bajas unas escaleras pequeñas y disfrutas de la playa. La playa se disfruta muchísimo. 2 días estuvo mansa y un día estuvo movida. Lo Malo: No hay privacidad en las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo para familia con niños. Solo tiene un baño con ducha. La cocina es pequeña y le falta equipamiento si deseas cocinar .No tiene sala de estar ni comedor es incómodo en ese aspecto. Está en el TERCER PISO y no en el segundo piso como decía el anuncio. Lo FEO: tiene varias puertas de ingreso muy incómodas. Una vez que le des CLICK a esta reserva no te reembolsan tu dinero si te desanimas del lugar. Debes de subir unas escaleras muy incómodas hasta el tercer piso. El sol ingresa directamente al dormitorio y debes utilizar aire acondicionado para refrescar el ambiente. Recomiendo para personas jóvenes y sin niños, que van a estar la mayor parte de su tiempo fuera del departamento.

I have nothing, but only good things about staying here. Marina is a great and very welcoming hosts. The place feels secluded away from hustle, but it’s right in the middle close to everything. The best part, the views are just unbelievable!!

The location is very convenient. Buses ply 24/7 right in front of the property and is well connected. Ferry is also next door. Access to beach is a plus. Overall, very good value for money.

O apartamento da Marina foi perfeito! Muito limpo conforme o anúncio, confortável. A Marina sempre gentil e atenciosa para sanar todas as nossas dúvidas. Se um dia voltar em Cancún com certeza o apartamento de Marina será minha primeira opção!

Foi uma estadia muito tranquila. Marina nos recebeu e nos deu dicas de onde comer depois de nossa longa viagem. As camas são confortáveis e a vista para o mar é excepcional. Meu marido amou a Playa Tortugas, é possível nadar em águas cristalinas e ver muitos peixinhos com snorkel.
