Macaw's Nest is a secure, romantic, and exceptionally private home set on a five-acre jungle lot. It is ideal for families or groups with children, grandparents, or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs, as it is a single-story residence with minimal steps.

The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all fully air-conditioned. Two bedrooms feature king-sized Tempur-Pedic beds with high-quality bedding, complemented by matching armoires and nightstands. Each of these rooms has a remote-controlled air conditioning unit and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable sleep.

The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with an additional trundle bed and a cozy couch area for relaxing. All bathrooms are finished with high-end marble, and the master bathroom includes a soaking tub with garden views.

Living Areas

The spacious open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area boast vaulted ceilings and stunning views of the pool and surrounding jungle. This space provides ample seating for both large groups and intimate gatherings.

Entertainment options include a smart TV with access to Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, Plex (with over 1,000 movies), and Disney Plus. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire home, including the pool area, allowing for remote work if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, numerous gadgets, and plenty of cookware. Guests can choose to prepare meals themselves using fresh ingredients from the local farmers market or arrange for a private chef to visit the home.

The dining room features a custom-made, live-edge Guanacaste wood table, crafted from Costa Rica’s national tree, adding an elegant touch to mealtime.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including both the front and back yards, as well as the adjacent private refuge and hiking trails.
